Had a part come in missing half the pieces from transport handling and they were about to resend my entire order I told them that I only needed the one piece that the others were all fine. I was shocked they were willing to resend everything without hesitation or question. Super fast responses to email correspondence and nothing but friendly and helpful. Top notch service hands down would recommend to anyone besides having a good quality product.

United States | 30 March 2023Went through two scooters with a 3 month issue with this company. I bought the scooter for my son's Christmas present. A few weeks later without riding due to rain it would not work. Hiboy sent a replacement handlebar but that did no resolve the issue. They took the original unit back and shipped a new unit. This one out of the box wouldn't charge so they sent me a new charger which did not help. When I asked for a refund they allowed it but said I will be charged $50 to return a brand new never ridden scooter. Stay away from this company and their response times to emails is terrible. I would not recommend them to anybody.

They shipped me a new battery which I had to install myself, which included removing glue covering the existing screws. Then it turned out the battery they sent was the wrong shape, so told me to go buy additional screws and try to fix the issue on my own.

I was renting a scooter. I absolutely love my cute little pink scooter. Thank you so much. It’s exactly what I wanted and needed.

After reaching out to the support team at Hiboy, they were more than helpful with suggestions. We are currently looking to install a new battery per their recommendation. Hopefully this gets him back up and going again! Thank you Hiboy!

United States | 10 February 2023I had my only year and the throttle burn out , now it just in my house like lump coal, I bought it on hi boy I thought I was again a better deal by it from hi boy …At I least I could took too someone local and got fix , and they charged me for the part to fix it my self ….That a big mistake by it from hi boy and not satisfied with it…..and I spend 550.00 for a scooter that I could much cheaper locals

United States | 03 February 2023What started out as a bad experience turned to an amazing experience. I purchased the MAX3 and I loved it. Unfortunately the tire became flat and I had no way to fix it. I bought spare parts to try to fix it on my own but to no avail, I couldn’t fix it. Frustrated, I emailed customer service saying I wanted a refund for they scooter. After emailing back and forth with Kim and April, they worked out a solution to let me send back the 1st scooter I purchased for a new one. I was really surprised and grateful for their willingness to help me out. I love my Hiboy MAX3 scooter and would recommend it to anyone.

United States | 29 January 2023I own the first gen S2 and had battery issues as many others did. Fast forward a year and I finally got in touch with Elsa from Hiboy support team. I was uncertain which model I had. Elsa took it upon herself to not only provide me with model, but with order support for my battery and even sent me installation instructions to help me out. I didn't have to ask for this information, she just knew. I work in customer services for a worldwide company. To me...her actions were impressive. I'd all but given up on the product, but she gave me faith.

United States | 27 January 2023I bought two S2 scooters for Xmas and just happened that one died during the first day riding. I emailed hiboy and they immediately started to trouble shoot. They thought it was the battery, however new battery still didn’t resolve, so they immediately shipped the speed control and head unit start button - basically replacing the whole wiring harness. Thing happen and you never know when electrics will fail. They covered it under the normal 30day factory warranty
