After receiving my leaf blower, I found a broken piece inside the box. Toolots made the return easy and I had a new one within a week of returning the broken item. I can't wait to fire it up and try it out!

After 9 days, I am still waiting for my order to ship. I've called twice and was told "it will ship very soon". This is unacceptable unless there is a specific reason for the delay.

This may not be related directly to your business but the instructions on the tool I purchased are terrible. They are vague and lack vital information.

We purchased a Cutting Bandsaw in August. Came damaged we asked for the item to be replaced. We are still waiting for the BOL and return label to be sent to us. Called almost everyday and supervise Fab was suppose to return my call never heard from him. After almost a month past we are still waiting to return the product and get our money back.

I inquired about a onother unit of same as ordered about 4 days ago but no reply.

We received the Straddle Stacker in a timely manner but it has multiple chips and scratches on the unit. It almost appears to be a used unit. The right arm is unable to move in or out without a lot of force. This seems to be due to something up inside catching on the arm preventing it from moving freely. We are attempting to return the item for refund or replacement due to this issue.

Parts are missing from the steering I can't use the steering When I turn the steering it will not connect to the wheel so it will not turn Can I get the right parts Thank Cindy Chandler Also can you send better directions please

I bought a fat tire scooter 2 weeks ago. The right brake was not working and I almost crushed into a car. The brakes wasn’t able to stop the scooter. Unam waiting for the exchange. I paid more than 2,000 dollars for a broken thing that put me in jeopardy and also no one picked up till today for the exchange or refund. It was my only transportation. It was the worst experience in my whole life. No one could even come and take a look and see what happened and try to fix it

Product was great although shipping was a little high, I’d rather pay a little bit more on the product price and get free shipping versus paying $18 for the shipping cost which was charged. As far as the shipping speed it was pretty much standard took about almost a week to get to me.

Pretty easy to navigate the web site but the finance page is confusing, got rap up and I was approved for 25k but did not want it!!!!

Shipping at first look good Then I open the box damage at the belt guard and broken hand knobs but one When I got it home more damage found the fan guard for motor damage and damage to blade guard The control box for power source threaded hole is not tap correctly and broken Knob. The saw it self is great at this point ,but can not turn on at this time I will have to work on all guards order knobs and work on keeping control box close
