Ordered a 26" dome mirror, they sent a 24" in two boxes taped together. Mirror was cracked in three places near the support holes as a result of the inadequate packaging. They asked if I could still use it with a discount, I could not. They asked if I wanted a refund or another mirror. I stated that if they had a proper box to ship it in, the item I paid for would be great. They claimed they had proper boxing. They shipped it again in two boxes taped together(this time more tape was added). Rather than send the 26" mirror I had ordered, they sent another 24" mirror and it also was cracked in two places. However, the cracks are far enough away from the support holes that I can still use it. I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

The Collets I ordered were reasonably priced. When I received the confirmation, my name was on the shipping label. They are NOT shipping to me and even though they were not shipped yet, I was told it could not be changed. That is not accurate. A shipping label can be changed any time prior to the package being picked up. They still had at least one full day before it was packaged. As of this email, I still have not received a notification that it has been shipped yet. So I am not happy about the response I received on this.

Ordered and paid for an ice machine that was to be delivered this week but was notified early this morning that it was out of stock. How can you order and pay for an item that is out of stock? The transaction should have been stopped before i was able to submit the credit card. Availability of items needs to be synched with checkout cart process.

Why do they keep asking me to rate the product, when it is taking forever to arrive? I don't have the product. I don't know WHEN i'll have it. They might get better ratings perhaps if they improve their shipping time, and communications while it is taking forever, and if they wait till the product is in the customer's hands. I just need them off my back for now about asking me to rate it, dammit! ha. Hope this thing comes soon.

Don’t lie about expediting shipments, your customer care Christine D. And Jose is rude and sarcastic with since of urgency. The poor service here and lack of response when impacting another business is just outright unacceptable.

UPDATE: You sent the wrong bits this time! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TRYING TO GET CORRECT BITS! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! Ordered 10 bits, received 2. Still waiting for you to make this right! After phone calls, email and pictures. Your confirmation email said shipping was FedEx with tracking number, but the delivery was from USPS! Really sad you don't believe your customer when they tell you, you didn't send what we ordered!!!

I bought mini ex and was delivered wrong color .Delivery guy would not take it back, says they have to do a return and would come Back later date but nothing has happened.. no calls or emails. Crickets…. I’ve called and emailed toollots 6-8 times and the sales people that answer the phone say there is no manager that I can help me And they say they will relay the information but NOONE calls Or emails to correct my order. Please either pick up and correct my order or some Frail Attempt to “fix this”..
