Ordered product and had to cancel. 20 days later and a credit has NOT been issued to my c-card.

Merchandise was damaged and the response I got was slow and not worthy of a respected company. No personal interaction to discuss needs after the arrival of inferior quality/damaged merchandise. They should make an effort to either satisfied the customer with a real compromise, or not even ask like they are discussing it.

WARNING : If you ever get on Toolots list, you will NEVER be able to get removed. I tried a dozen of times. Reply : Again, i tried to unsubscribe using your suggestion a dozen of times. Reply (bis) I know you consider everyone like morons but I do know how to click an unsubscribe button. Duh !

Your company has told me on several occasions that my compressor shipped . Meanwhile it has not shipped

It was a quick less than 24 hrs to tell me my order was received.

Again I bought your so called industrial blender as you claimed in 03/2023 and the thing is that I did not even purchase it for industrial purposes because I don't have any business. I purchsed it to use in my kitchen. I only used it about 4 times and the blender broke down. You stated that the technician I reported the issue to did not deny that the blender is not Toolots product. Yes, he did, he specifically stated the product did not belong to Toolots that Toolots only display the product in their websites for sell. He even used Best Buy products as an instance, stating that if you buy a computer from Best Buy and you have an issue with it that you should not return it to Best buy because it's not Best Buy product, that it's manufacturer's. The whole analogy with Best Buy seemed so dumb to me because if Best buy display any manufacturer's products to sell in their stores or websites, they have assumed any responsibilities that come with the products. You also stated that the product is sold out and did not appear on your websites anymore. My question is what has that got to do with the fact that the product broke down in less than 4 months of fairly used. The only thing I could say again is "Buyers beware of cheap products Toolots display in their websites"; so that they won't deny the product when it breaks down in less than 4 months of fairly used.

They had a large variety of items at very good prices.

By heat press from them, arrive fest but damaged!!! I spend 2 month to return. Now 1 month from shipping back them, no money back no email with update. Very unusual service in 2023

Was supposed to be 6 spline on one end and round on other 6 spline on both ends
