I recently visited Neptune in Chesham and I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Where do I start! The experience I had in store from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was incredible. I ended up purchasing all of my Christmas decorations even though my husband wasn’t too impressed but was impressed about the quality at least! I will definitely be visiting again soon! Thank you so much again to all of the girls in store for making my experience so great

The side table was as expected as I have purchased from this range before. However, the glass does have a tiny scratch which is disappointing. My main issue is the white glove delivery service. The item was unwrapped on the road and then brought into the house. The table was extremely dusty and the glass completely smeared. On my previous purchases the furniture was carefully unpackaged in the house and presented beautifully. It would seem that not all the delivery drivers follow the same format. Like my previous purchases, I paid full price for this item so the delivery service should not have been as it was. Disappointing.

The ladies at your Cheltenham store were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I purchased candles in store but had two large trifle bowls ordered on line. The items arrived two days later - a very efficient service!

A wonderful store with outstanding staff. I recently attended my second food demo and it’s such a pleasure. I highly recommend the wreath making events as well - I am booked in for my second Christmas wreath making afternoon and also attended the Easter one this year. The layout of the store is outstanding and a joy to browse and make a purchase or two. I always come away knowing I will return soon.

Love this website - have bought several items - rugs, storage baskets, log baskets. Very good quality. Brilliant return policy - bought a log basket and my measurements were wrong, it was way too big. Filled out the return form, next day got a phone call from courier they picked up and got my email confirming my refund within days. So easy to do.

Lovely ottoman beautiful quality had to wait around eight weeks for it but I have it now and it was worth the wait , staff member called me regarding delivery and was extremely helpful.

Lovely food demo today at Neptune Chichester plus a purchase or 2! It's always such a pleasure to visit - the store is beautifully dressed, and it feels like youre getting a comforting hug when you walk through the doors - as if entering someone's home. A warm, genuine greeting, refreshments, and a wonderful team.

The manager in the store was very helpful and had a lot of time for us when we visited on the 20th October. We returned on the 21st to order the mirror we had seen. Whilst paying for this, and a few other items from the store, I asked if there was an NHS discount, explaining I had been given a candle when buying Ludlow stools in another store. One of the other members of staff sitting at the table was very direct and rude saying ‘we have customers who spend thousands in here’. This just isn’t what I expect from a store I have previously really enjoyed visiting and buying items for my home. I will think twice about returning to this store.

The lead time for all your products is a pathetic. You take everyone’s money and you have to wait for 3-6months to get what you have ordered. Must be great gaining that interest in the bank or investing in your business.

Delivery men were polite and helpful and the furniture was good quality as expected.
