14 January 2023 Leanne Phillips took over the management of my Hastings properties back in 2017. I don’t live locally so it is critical that I have the right person looking after my assets. It has been so refreshing to have such a pro-active property manager who understands both the tenants and the landlords needs. Happy tenants make for less turnover and properties that are better cared for… and a happy landlord. If there are any issues with either tenants or properties, Leanne is onto it straight away. Tenants know where they stand and what is required of them, and maintenance is sorted in a timely manner and cost effectively. She has a great knowledge of the ever-changing rules and regs effecting landlords and ensures that my properties stay compliant. I have a number of properties in different regions throughout the North Island, and Leanne is the benchmark by which I measure all other property managers… and to be honest, most generally don’t measure up.
