We have been looked after by Lindsey from Oxgen's Hastings property managers for 4 years has looked after us for 4 years. Lindsey has been always very professional, responsive and friendly. All phonecalls or email were answered, all maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. I have no hesitation to recommend Lindsey and the team at Oxygen as property managers. There are no better, in my experience.

Its's very good experience that i met Oxygen team year a go, they offer competitive management rates in the market and good marketing strategy's. Rally happy with there service, hope they will manage to keep the same level of service in future.

Oxygen have done an excellent job of managing our two properties in Napier for several years now. Leanne Phillips has been the property manger for both and is very competent and efficient indeed and would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Michelle has been the best property manager we've had. Whenever we need something done she replies promptly and the issue is fixed within a couple of days. She is so lovely and nothing is ever a problem. Thanks for being so awesome!

I highly recommend Oxygen Property Management if you are looking for somewhere to rent. I really struggled to find a pet-friendly rental in Hutt area with a very well-behaved trained dog, despite having a good job and impeccable references. Some agencies were simply not interested to even meet us. After meeting me and my dog, fabulous Aileen went the extra mile to help me secure a place. The staff at Oxygen are all so kind and helpful, great to deal with. Very professional on all levels. Maintenance issues are followed up. They respect tenants' privacy - e.g. photos not allowed at viewings by prospective applicants - that could record tenant's personal stuff and possessions. Also giving advance notice before visiting or doing maintenance. Such things are appreciated. In so many ways Oxygen are refreshingly different from other agencies who have a blanket "no pets, you can live in your car" rule. .... And totally unlike a certain other company who insultingly invade tenants' privacy and self-respect, on a cheesy "reality" TV show. Oxygen staff really do care about their tenants' interests as well as the landlords.

I just want to say Lindsey Hambleton of Oxygen Rentals Napier is amazing aswell as my landlord any maintenance is taken care of in the same week I have reported issue. Leanne from oxygen is an absolute star! She helped us find a place to call home and that suited all of our needs so quickly! We are moving towns so things are already stressful enough, Leanne made this part so easy. Leanne is always a pleasure to deal with, easy to talk to and sorts out any issues immediately.

This week we will have been renting our property for four years. It feels a lot shorter! We feel so lucky to have been chosen to live in a nice property. Leanne has been an easy going, polite and friendly person. Oxygen were very quick to help when our hot water cylinder stopped working and leaked everywhere.

Joanne Marshall takes all the responsibility of maintaining our properties away from us. When required new tenancy agreements and tradespeople quotes are arranged. And we are kept informed with phone calls and their reporting system provides all the financial data. Thanks Jo. :-)

Not very helpful. I have actually have to email one of the higher ups to get a reply from my property manager in regards to my concern.

Cushla is very competent, helpful,hardworking and helpful person. she cares deeply about helping people and takes her work seriously.

Vicki is very professional and can be relied on to mange the property well. She always keep us informed and is very easy to deal with. We have no issue recommending her to others who is looking for a property manager.
