Unfortunately the wellies will have to go back although they look a reasonable quality. I ordered online and looked for sizes 4 and 5 but when they arrived they were toddler sizes and not for bigger children, it would have been helpful if the sizing included an EU size and I would have been aware they were too small.

Shoes were perfect, the little one wanted a pair of frozen shoes for her birthday on the Friday so found them and ordered because it states next day delivery 7 days a week but unfortunately not the case they didn’t arrive until the Saturday.

I wanted a pair of sandals for summer and found a real bargain and got 2 pairs for the price of one. One pair were missing from my order but customer services sorted it out straight away and sent the other style of sandal and they arrived the next day. Well done!

Bought 2 pairs of slippers on BOGOF basis. Free next day delivery. Lovely slippers- came 10 am. Unfortunately too small- Slipper Company size 8 usually fits like a glove but fleecy lining makes them tighter. Will return & get next size. Then I'll review the returns policy.

Ordered 2 Bags. Originally for next day delivery but arrived a day later, but at the specified time to the correct address - which is good for Evri! Still, it’s free so won’t say any more. The bags are exactly as the pics and good value. I’m happy all round.

Price and service good but let down by completely incorrect sizing Size 13 slippers are a good 2 cm shorter tham my existing size 12 slippers so must be at least 2 sizes less thanquoted
