I bought two pairs of shoes in The Telford store Shropshire but the shop didn't have my size in one pair. The sales advisor was very helpful and chatty. She checked on her IT system if it was in stock online and got my size, and my shoes 👟 were delivered the next at 12.30pm. very happy with the service and shoes.

It's good that you can order from home for free delivery, which is fine if the items sent are not faulty on delivery. We had white plimsolls that were both marked - one mark looked like a biro mark on one shoe, the other a brown oily mark. Complained via Email, but responses took around 18 hours for each of the 2 emails, and originally they said it would cost £2.50 to return them when it was their lack of quality control that let them down. Fortunately they have shops that we could return the faulty plimsolls to, but it did cost us money to travel, park and return, which negates the whole point of online shopping. Get the Quality Control checks done and we may be tempted to buy again online. Mansfield Shoezone were very good in swopping the clearly faulty item.

Bought two pairs of Chelsea boots on sale. Absolute bargain. Boots look great and are comfortable. Only four stars because I don't know if the boots will last. Have to see how they hold up with daily wearing. Another issue was the delivery driver arrived 1.5 hrs earlier than the tracking indicated. Usually they're a little late I find. Lucky I hadn't popped out.
