Superb selection,price and prompt delivery

It's very difficult to support our local shop when you offer such a great online experience. Site easy to use. Ordered Sunday pm arrive Monday lunch time. No postage and special offers not available in store. I'll still use our shop, as the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just hope they manage to remain in the High Street.

Shoezone we're brilliant and very happy with my boots, though delivery was not smooth Evri lost my original order but didn't have the decency to let me know, well I got hold of shoezone and luckily they had them in stock in my size still and got them sent with Royal Mail next day so all was great thank you

I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion, first time I had ordered from Shoe Zone online but was amazed ordered 16.30pm on Sunday delivered at 12.20pm on Monday also kept me well informed as to when they would be delivered

Ordered online, got 2 pairs for the price of 1. The shoes were excellent, one pair hush puppies and the other stone creek, delivered free the next day, great value and service will happily use again.

Shoes fit well and do what was intended. Simple plastic construction. Easy to put on and nice to wear. At £9.99, well worth the price! Excellent for use - as "mules" - between bedroom and shower.

Unprofessional Staff at the Romford Store in Mercury Shopping Centre. A Pair of shoes was marked up incorrectly on the Shop Floor. They tried to charge me more at the till, so I queried this with the Cashier who's initials on the Receipt are SJ, and she called another member of staff. I stood by the area where the shoes were to show the 2nd member of staff with Blonde Hair, she said "They are priced incorrectly, a member of staff has put it up wrong" She then just Pulled the price tags off the shelf, looked at her colleague and, "They Ain't going to honour that", didn't address me the customer at all, very unprofessional. I got back to the till with SJ, who said "What do you want to do, buy them or not" with no explanation, so poor customer service. I asked for her Manager's name as I wanted to make a complaint to head office, and she refused to tell me. I asked for her name, but refused to tell me, but now see the initials SJ on the receipt. This whole store needs a lesson in customer service. If they could have bothered to treat me as the customer and explain and apologies for the situation, then fine (Mistakes happen), but nothing. What makes things worse is, my Daughters were still at the till and clearly SJ didn't realise this, and decided to find it funny and talk about it with the next customer in the line, so unprofessional! And she had the cheek to tell me about GDPR, but happy to talk behind my back.

Delivery company sent me an e mail saying they had delivered my order. They lied! No order received.
