Very happy with quick delivery which was free with an offer they have as well as BOGOF which is great. Both pairs of shoes/boots were as pictured and decent quality. I would say from this time and previous orders sizes are on the slightly smaller side so size up if you're borderline between sizes. I wish they'd photograph shoes looking down on them so you can see toe shape.

I have shopped both instore and online with shoezone.Instore the staff are welcoming,polite and very helpfull. Online is very easy with good offers and arrive next day as promised. Where shoezone let themselves down very badly is when contacting customer services regarding damage to a shoe delivered via online service.Be prepared for the standard "We apologise for your inconvenience"message and then get completely ghosted.

Shoes are a true fit. Straps are made of a faux suede and very comfortable. Will go with evening and daytime wear.
