I got some shoes for my husband he was very pleased with them we always shopped there for shoes when it was in Basingstoke unfortunately it closed down

Lovely slippers , ordered them for my father but unfortunately they were too tight. Lady in the shop was very nice and helpful in the returning of them .

Item thrown over gate in pouring rain. We did not ask for it to be put there. We are very annoyed yet again by delivery.

My son needed some new work shoes, found the ones he has online but his size was out of stock. I gave you my email so you could let me know when they were in, and a couple if days later I was messaged to say they were in. Great offer bogof.very comfortable mens trainers.i looked on line before i went to the shop and was disappointed the shop didn’t stock a lot of the shoe i liked that i saw online.staff were very friendly and helpfull.its a shame bridgend store is closing .pity the shop didnt sell the same shoes you sell online they would have had more customers.

The shoes were lovely. One of the pairs was slightly too narrow on the right foot [not the fault of the shoe, but more my foot).I soon sorted it out with an overnight visit with my wooden shoe stretcher, this solved the issue. I am very happy with the quality and will definitely order again.

Bought 2 pairs of boots on BOGOF. One pair the eyelet came away so returned them to shop. Unfortunately didn't ave another pair in the shop but the assistant was brilliant, couldn't apologise enough for not aving a pair in stock but ordered me a pair to be delivered. Arrived when she said. Very happy with my purchase.
