Delivery is fast so that's good. But honestly their shoes are the most uncomfortable I've ever known in my life. It's almost as if they're designed to hurt your feet.

Ordering online was soooo easy and came the next too was lovely to do the shopping without the hassle of going all the way into town, my daughter is in-between sizes so a 13½ or a 1 so ordered the 13, arrived and fitted perfectly so defo size down on the childrens shoes I'm 39 and a size 3 so ordered a 3 arrived the next day too as was part of the same order my shoes are lovely but a bit tight hoping they stretch a little so think I'll just go into town next time because convenience isn't always best lol both products are well made though

I tried to cancel an order for £24.99 placed online at 04.45am and emailed customer services at 5am explaining apologising that I must cancel as I'm having a foot op and cannot purchase until I've recovered. Please refund asap. Thanking them in anticipation but they've refused saying they've processed it and no refund will be forthcoming. I called store and they've no control over online purchases so beware but my bank will now step in as am entitled to a full refund. Shoezone replied despite my cancelation they're delivering thanking me for my order!!! I called yesterday to no avail
