Great product I would recommend this to others

Always bought our footwear in store as great quality and priced well. But I got an email about free next day delivery & a buy one get one free offer. Very easy to use website. Placed my order at lunchtime yesterday which was delivered by 11:30 this morning and I managed to get two pairs of boots! Was also able to use my all4one gift card to pay. Absolutely made up- would highly recommend

I had a problem with the delivery of a recent order. I contacted Shoezone and had a reply in around 24 hours. The shipment was deemed lost in transit and I was sent a refund which arrived within a few days. I re-ordered the same shoes, which arrived in 24 hours. I can't fault the service I received.

I have no problem with the shoes I purchased from yourselves but I did have a issue with the delivery which i ordered On the 17th of ,because it stated next day delivery on it and the company sent me an automated email saying that it was running late but it never received them on this date, I received them today about 9.45am which I think is unacceptable even though I didn't pay for next day delivery.

Shoes were good. Service not acceptable. Needed them next day for school on next day service. Didn't arrive until 3 days later. Just told, we'll it's not a guarantee, just a guide. Post office said they hadn't even received them until 2 days after I ordered them

I'm always happy with the quality of the shoes from Shoezone. As mobility is now an issue for me, the free delivery is great & so quick. My recent purchase was an added bonus at buy one get one free. Good value for anyone but as a pensioner, it's even more so.
