I contacted the customer service number where I spoke with Harry. He reviewed my order and my mother’s circumstances. Harry advised of issues I may encounter with a gps pendant, offering me a more reliable home based product that was more suited to my needs. I have just received confirmation that the money has indeed been refunded.
