I’m staggered and outraged that I got a call 13.5 hours too later to ask if my Mum was okay after her pendant was activated ! The first time it was around a hour and a half later. Both times they were unable to contact her through the pendant, alarm bells should be ringing This is nothing less than appalling and I’ve been miss sold a service that doesn’t exist as far as I’m concerned. My elderly Mother could have been at the bottom of the stairs for all they knew. I’m just waiting to see how long it takes a manager to call me back after complaining Some very worrying negative feedback about this company and I would certainly not recommend

Once we received the item which was the following day. Filled out the incline questionnaire will all my dad’s details. Then as simple as plugging in and operating the unit which connects you to the 24 hour response team to certify the item. Effortless

Issues with the wristband strap not secure and difficulty getting through to the tech team for help (25min wait). There are no instructions in the manual to tell you how to pair the button with the call box. Also I didn't receive a confirmation email of the personal data I sent in.
