Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly. We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. Excellent Service. Speedy attention by Pleasant polite staff. Had problems with first badge, too sensitive, kept going off. But Staff never minded. And after changing for new button. No further problems. Makes me feel better to know, have someone to call. if needed. Brilliant recommend to all.

Careline is an exceptional service I have no gripes about the service. What I do have a problem with is when the vulnerable person passes away as money is taken out on a yearly basis as was my mother. Careline do not refund as is their policy. I think this is unfair as my mother has about 150.00 that her estate has lost. It's not because I or my brother want money it's the principle. Imagine how much they make if they have this happen on a regular basis. They need to review their policy.

After receiving sales calls I upgraded my mothers Care line box to a digital. The upgrade arrived the next day. However on trying to set it up for her the next wekend, we had issues. There was no response at all from The box & the instructions also stated that it needed to be plugged in to via a Ethernet cable. This was not what the sales agent had advised me. On calling Care line on the Sunday Afternoon we was advised that the new box needed to be plugged in to a main socket not an extension lead, Even though the current one was and all boxes needed to be plugged in via an Ethernet cable. The agent Also advised that the sales agent had not given me the correct information, regarding the new digital box. I tried to explain it was an upgrade and Mother was not a new customer. Eventually after moving furniture to find a mains socket near the Ethernet cable the new box still failed to power up, we then tried other mains sockets in the kitchen we where then offered a replacement. The new box arrived days later and bingo it instantly powered up via the extension lead and with no Ethernet cable, just as the sales agent had advised. My issues are that the 1st box had different instructions with it, to the one to the now working 2nd box. Upon speaking with the agent we asked for an email regarding the fact that the sales agent had in her words given incorrect information. We was just emailed instructions on how to set up a new account and contact numbers?.. The new upgraded alarm is now working and we are very happy however the experience of last Sunday was far from easy.

After 1 month of phone calls finally recieved Equipment, received 2 ?very difficult to set up first one wouldn't work at all, power apter plug not suitable, very loose and drops out at the slightest movement i had to tape into place.

Company very helpful from the start and appliance can be set up very easily. A note of caution, the pendant can be activated with very slight touch or pressure without one meaning to ask for help, ie if you lean forward and the pendant lightly touches a table or something hard it will be activated. However, this shows help is obtained easily which is the object of the exercise.
