Right now I am NOT happy. I paid for the service up front for one year. I presume I am close to being adequately protected as I have had no bad reports, etc. But I have had one reoccurring glitch that I cannot seem to get worked out and do not feel I am getting the proper support from the company to get resolution. I feel I am spending TOO much time doing the work to try to get the glitch fixed and not enough time enjoying the benefits of the service (protection, peace of mind) I paid for. Will keep trying for a limited amount of time, but may then cancel service and look for another provider I feel is more customer friendly if I cannot get satisfaction.

Very happy with service, always on top of it, I feel secure with Identity Force watching over my Identity.

I love the quick information I receive from Identity Force concerning my identity profile. It was amazing to me how many areas my information was being sold on the web, etc. Thankful that Identity Force is quick to respond to each threat.
