United States | 05 February 2019My identity was stolen 3 times during the time I had IndentityForce coverage and IdentityForce never alerted me to any of them. I also had all of my accounts set to alert me to any purchases over $200 and any time my credit was pulled. I was rarely alerted to any purchases over $200. I made multiple large purchases over $1000 which IdentityForce never caught. I even took out a loan for $22,000 which IdentityForce didn't catch until 5 weeks later. I'm confident that this service is one of the worst available as they have proven that they are not actively motoring anything. Spend your money elsewhere.

Offering full and comprehensive plans for family, with all 3 bureaus. There customer service is stellar, I have called several times now with questions and direction, the wait time is minimal, and they seem like genuine happy to assist people. I am very happy, and feel as protected as you can be in this world of fraud.

United States | 30 October 2018I tried to cancel a reoccurring subscription. It was basically impossible to do so per the agents I spoke with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. One agent's suggestion was that I cancel my card so they would stop billing me. Multiple agents were unhelpful or condescending and the manager was always out of the office or at lunch when I asked for her.
