When I first joined Identity Force it seemed simple to understand and check. Since you have changed it I have not understood or been able to check my identity I cant find any instructions on what to do. I am totally lost when I go to your web site.

I find very relaxed knowing they are monitoring my cards and phones and taking care of things for me.

Identify Force has given me ease of mind after identify items were stolen. They monitor every day and send me alerts when anything seems suspect. Due to this serviceI believe I will be able to learn about and correct any area where fraud is occurring.

At first this company seemed OK. But the service is not very good. Recently, I had fraudulent activity on a Visa card. The bank alerted me and I closed that account and opened a new account. ID Force didn’t alert me of the new account, although a free (less robust) service I use alerted me! Also, my wife uses a well known competing service. They actually alerted her about a hacked breach with one of our service providers...BEFORE that company even alerted us themselves! Identity Force, not so much. Unfortunately, I paid for a full year to save a bit. I’m only a few months into it, and wish I had gone month to month. According to their web site, no refunds are available if you cancel early. That’s too bad. Still, the service does provide some peace of mind. But for the price, I’d rather join my wife on Life Lock.

New website seems to be improving. I talked to Austin about an issue and he was very helpful.

They have always been honest and courteous and made an effort to give me the best price for the services.

Their communications, although nothing awry has taken place, have indicated that they are on top of following our credit and monetary activity.

Used to have LifeLock but was not happy with their service. Then I came across IdentityForce which I've been enjoying for several months now. I feel confident with this service and plan on using it to safeguard all my personal information.

In this day and age, one needs to feel confident regarding one's security. Identity Force gives us that peace of mind.

Thus far we have been very satisfied with identity Force. Love how they notify us with account alerts. Have received several alerts regarding my phone number, thus was able to change it alleviating further issues.

I like their communication! Every month emails come thru giving an update of your account. Communication is important even if there are no issues at hand. I rate this company high.

Identity Force keeps me updated on a regular basis and once a month or sooner lets me know if their is a criminal that was a rapist or child offender. It just amazes me as to how many of them live in Wyoming. I trust them with all of my banking & security.
