I haven't been with IF very long yet, but I'm really liking it so far. Love that I can see all my credit reports and lock/unlock easily as needed. Also love that IF isnt constantly shoving new credit card offers down your throat.

I asked a question re credit freeze and lock but was only given a short answer not actually answering the question or giving me additional info. Not helpful.

THEY GOT IT RIGHT.

Identity Force told me about the Cafe Press hack in August 23, 2019 and showed me that my info was already on the dark web so I could immediately change passwords and bank info. From now on, I'll be checking Identity Force once a day to get ahead of any more hacks

Warned me of a hack .. advised me how to clear it..

Not impressed with this company. The customer service individuals you speak to are useless, and have little knowledge of how to resolve your issues with canned responses. Took 6 months to be notified of an email breach. However receive weekly notices about sex offenders in our area, which by the way are of public record on our local sheriff's website free of charge. Our credit reporting information says it is updated monthly and has yet to be updated in the last 8 months. Not a company I feel confident in to protect my identity.

I was very pleased with the ease of signing up for protection after being emailed a threatening message with a demand for money. Identity theft is very disrupting to one's life but the knowledge of knowing you are being looked after is great. Hope you never have to notify me!!!
