The customer service individuals you speak to are useless, and have little knowledge of how to resolve your issues with canned responses. Took 6 months to be notified of an email breach. However receive weekly notices about sex offenders in our area, which by the way are of public record on our local sheriff's website free of charge. Our credit reporting information says it is updated monthly and has yet to be updated in the last 8 months. Not a company I feel confident in to protect my identity.

Identity theft is very disrupting to one's life but the knowledge of knowing you are being looked after is great. Hope you never have to notify me!!!
