The system does not allow me to activate fraud monitoring on bank cards. Disable pop-ups and have tried everything. Probably switching to life lock.

Unable to load fraudulent info. Also your PC protection will not download on my Dell.

For $20 a month I should see current reports from all 3 bureaus every 30-days.

I unfortunately forgot the customer service person's name, but she was outstanding. She was polite, talked slow, took her time and was pleasant. All around awesome.

I've been a member for about 24 hours, and I've had numerous problems with your system, and been on the phone with you 4 times (I'm currently on a loooong hold). Your system has many inconsistencies, and vague directions, and you've made the worst possible first impression.

Seem thorough enough, hope I never need it. Also, I would like to see your phone app with guest login credentials that would only allow me to view alerts w/o giving full access. I will not use your app with my Account login credentials on a phone that can easily be lost and hacked. The data you have on file is far too sensitive.

I really just wanted to point out how difficult it is to cancel a subscription. Logged in I can't find anywhere to do it short of contacting support, which is pretty annoying.

Social media : we should set the user id and not be imposed the user id used in Identity Force (they might not be the same) Online PC protection tools does not work with Bluetooth modern keyboard , it disables the keyboard, not useful. For MAC users the PC protection , as the name suggest (PC), is not useful.

I'm not sure I am getting enough service for the charge. I noticed my credit card balances are not updated on my dashboard. I do get emails when someone is checking my data. My credit card numbers have been stolen and used but not notified from Identity Force but from the banks. This is only what I have experienced. I am not overly knocking Identity Force but not sure it is worth $200.00 per year. Check out all the companies you may want to go with.

Today I spoke with Brenda who was the most patient, sweet and helpful customer service that I have ever experienced. Brenda is an angel! In my opinion she deserves a promotion and a financial raise. I hope that she can be the light to guide the rest of your staff. I am extremely grateful for all of her time and help with this process.

I am really sick and tired of getting alerts about sex offenders who live somewhere in my town. STOP IT, NOW!!!!!

Had to call (within time constrants) to learn that in order to register all information you have to go to "My Services". It would be nice if that 877 number was monitored 24 hrs. After that everything went smoothly. LDL

A little disappointed that adding my spouse doubled the monthly price of the plan. Cancelling today and going to LifeLock.

There is a very serious flaw in your mail fraud monitor with regard to change of address. I paid for a service to alert me to mail fraud and you missed it. Not worth the service and I will share with everyone I know. Sadly, Sad Customer.....

The only problem I'm having is when I download the IDF protection tool, my keyboard stops working. When I uninstall it, the keyboard works again. So I can't have the IDF protection tool.

''I recently worked with Wendy who was extremely caring and helpful. She was very thorough in explaining and answering all of my questions. Most of all, Wendy made feel like a valued member"

The double entry code is most confusing to me. Whenever I get the code by EMail, I lost the page of where to insert it.

You never update credit scores. Mine are from 9 months ago. I know they’ve changed since then.

I have just started my 30 day free membership, and entered all my information into My Services. The Fraud Alert Reminder is poorly worded for someone who already has a Fraud alert in effect. I would like a reminder, but not starting today, because I didn't set my Fraud alert today. But I didn't know that was going to happen. I clicked the ONLY button available, which was Set my fraud alerts. When I saw that took me to Expedian, I closed that tab (since I already have an alert) and went back and now I had another link I could click on "I set my fraud alert, remind me in 90 days." That is true for me - I did set it - 2 months ago. So I clicked on THAT thinking it would give me a way to enter the date I set my fraud alert. But it didn't - it just says "okay, we'll remind you in 90 days." Well that's not right. So I called the phone number to have the reminder either taken off or made so they could change the date, and the woman I spoke to said she couldn't do that. That it was impossible. I think that's unbelievably lame. I'm sure I'm not the only person to sign up for a new IdentityForce account who already has a Fraud Alert in affect. So far, on my first day, I'm not impressed with the IdentityForce experience because 1) that ought to be easy to fix; and 2) the woman on the phone was just not helpful right up front. Since I previously had an experience with a different identity service, I know what their customer service was like, and this one was much worse. And I switched because the reviews for IdentityForce are much better. If I had known that your customer service was worse, I wouldn't have changed. It's my free 30 days - I still might.
