1. Your alerts are not explicit- I have to call support to figure out what the alerts mean and then they can't answer my questions. 2. Why on earth would I give you my log-in to my credit card, banking, and mortgage companies? I am already a victim of id theft!!!! I give this information to no one. Should you not just ask for the account numbers?

Every time I am confused by an alert or have a problem, I ask for Wendy. She is the most helpful, conscientious, professional customer service rep.I could ever ask for. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer.

Does IdentityForce offer the ability to place a security freeze on who can request my credit reports? I do not see that service on the IdentityForce website. I have been a victim of fraud and found a Sprint account set up in my name that was not mine that was turned over to a collection agency and many credit reports sent to agencies that I did not request and knew nothing about and want a freeze placed on all 3 credit reporting agencies. It would be nice to be able to do this through the IdentityForce service I am paying for every month rather than me trying to go through each credit reporting company. I tried to place the freeze myself through Experian and their online service denied my freeze request on my own information! This is very frustrating!! I have updated my review and changed it to 5 stars! Thank you, Wendy, for calling me with the additional information. This was a definite help in understanding how all of this works and the advice for the best ways for me to handle the issues.

I selected Identity Force after a scare with my personal information. Fortunately I don't think that information was compromised but I think the monitoring and insurance give me peace of mind at a reasonable price. The new web site is user friendly and provides many tools to help protect our identity. It's an important part of our cyber defense.

Credit alerts are given with no explination on what the issue is or what you should do about it.

Lots of problems. Conspicuously, I just get a spinning beachball with the Credit > Credit Report, Credit > Credit Score, and Credit > Credit Simulator tabs. The Credit Score Tracker tab worked, but was pretty much useless. In particular, it told me that it was updated on Mar-1, but the graph ran from Jan-Dec, which suggests that there's a year wraparound happening in the middle of the graph. If so, why was there no year popup over each month?. If not, why were the first three months of this year missing?

Your javascript doesn't always work and that's actually frightening. I have been unable to add a bank in "Financial Transaction Monitoring" because if I search for my bank nothing happens when I click search. If I hover over one of he provided services (like American Express) I can see the java script it's trying to run: Run script "invokegotologinform('12')" Seeing that and not being able to actually find my bank is a bad experience. So is the lack of high resolution images on all your buttons. The 'close window' button as well as the image buttons for 'edit' and 'activate' are low resolution and look bad on my retina display monitor. This is something that was forgivable a few years ago, but in 2018 tells me you don't update your site very often. Even low end computers have high-resolution screens. Oh, I'm also not crazy about using 2-factor over SMS. If you take security seriously you would know that SMS is easily hackable / with a little bit of social engineering and a call to a cellphone carrier. Maybe use something like Authy? I don't know, just spitballing, but I shouldn't have to. Anyway seeing little cracks like this don't actually instill me with confidence in this service. I just signed up for a year of this. Hope to see things improve.

I would like to have an option for zero stars, but I will go with the 1-star as it is the lowest possible option. Registered for service with IdentityForce in December 2017 after a home robbery in order to protect credit card & financial accounts. For two months, I received regular updates and "monitoring" for my Facebook account for inappropriate comments. Yes, part of the service, but definitely not my priority for this type of account. Severely disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately, while the monitoring of social media was occurring one of my registered Credit Cards had fraud & I discovered it on my own. When I attempted to address with IdentityForce, I felt the explanation was pathetic as to why monitoring did not correctly catch the fraud. Furthermore, the agent on the phone that I spoke with on March 11th was not the friendliest or understanding of my concerns. I had sincerely hoped that IdentityForce would have been my go-to provider for permanent monitoring for me & my family, but they failed to earn my business long term.

Merideth was very helpful by helping us to upgrade our IdentityForce plans. The call was answered quickly and the issue resolved quickly too. I'm very impressed with the service so far.

Outstanding and caring service. I had a frustrating issue not being able to see my three credit bureau scores on the Dashboard. My case was referred to Wendy, who guided me through the process of first contacting the credit bureau in question. Once I had my credit bureau report, I was able to see where there were errors that were fortunately easily correctable with the credit bureau. Went back to IdentityForce. I still could not see the third credit bureau after a reset of my online access. Wendy worked with the Tech Support that uncovered a minor issue, but major in not letting me validate my information. Back to the Credit Bureau and they immediately corrected this final typo error in my information. Today, I spoke with Meredith, who reset my account. I then proceeded to go through the validation process with success. Problem resolved. A few minutes after completing this, Wendy called to further check up that all is well with my account. This is truly an excellent professional organization interested in resolving problems, so they can protect my identity. Kudos to them, they have a loyal client with me.

Great service so far just setting up - pretty seamless and automated. One thing I have noticed is that the phone numbers for alerts, authentication etc are hardcoded to US +1 phone numbers - pretty poor as some of us are international with Identity Protection enabled. I live in Warsaw Poland for example working for a US Corporation and cannot get fraud alerts or enable two stage authentication.

I just started using my trial subscription and will likely continue. But a few thoughts struck me today... I received my very first two IdentityForce emails on my iPhone while happily shopping with my wife at Costco. The subject lines read: "Smart SSN Tracker..." and "Sex Offender Monitoring Update". I glanced at the "Sex Offender" email and saw: "...while this does not necessarily mean you are a victim of identity theft..." OMG! Immediately, I think: "Crap! Someone on the Dark Web stole my SSN and they've dragged my identity into some sort of sex crimes!" This hung over my head like a cloud until I could get home and visit the provided links. How thrilled I was to discover that the "Sex Offender" email was to show me a list of sex offenders in our vicinity -- and not that my identity had been wrapped up in some devastating crimes as I'd feared. My initial panic wasn't due to a guilty conscience. [OVERSHARE ALERT...] When I got married at age 24, I was a virgin by choice, so... No illicit encounters in my life. Ever. Thus, my panic on the way home from Costco was: "How will I clear my name if it's really bad? Hire an attorney? How costly is that?" ALL OF THIS TO SAY: IdentityForce is obviously a GREAT service -- especially now that I can savor the value of the emails that initially caused me concern. BUT...maybe on the email banner it should say something like: "SEX OFFENDERS IN YOUR AREA -- UPDATE". That communicates more clearly and mitigates the drama for new customers. And, to a lesser degree of urgency, maybe the other email banner could be something like: "SMART SSN VERIFICATION UPDATE." Because if you put the two existing banners together, it tends to present a scary snapshot. Just thought I'd share with you my morning adrenaline.

Awesome company. Only if the updates with all the credit reporting companies, bank account, and so on..were UPDATED more timely. More informative the alerts to be , would be nice as well.

I signed up for your service yesterday, and added my spouse. But i was charged on my credit card not $199.50 for me and $199.50 for my spouse, but eight charges of $199.50. I have notified my credit card company and identity force of the problem. It is supposed to be fixed 2/5/2018. So until your billing department is gets better I could not rate your service more than 2 stars. I have received credits for all overcharges, this company has great customer service. The supervisor fixed this problem quickly and was very professional. Best customer service I have found anywhere.

I will update my review (previously I complained about they charging me right after the trial period started, but they just were testing the card). Even tho their alerts are not as quick as I wanted to be, they are an ok service, I had to cancel the account because it was not what I as looking for. Their costumer service only work during the day so it was quite dificult to comunicate if you are a busy person during the day, had to call a few times, the good thing is that they work on saturday. Even tho I went one day over the trial period they refunded the money with no too much problem or questions. I decided to test the speed of the alert system by posting some big transactions on my bank accounts, but I received the alerts 2 days after, that what got me a bit worried since I really need something faster. Even tho it did not work for me I think this could work great for many other people.

I signed up for your identity fraud services. I spoke to Meredith, your service representative in the Cincinnati Ohio office. She was a tremendous help and extremely patient with me. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I spoke to her supervisor Kristin (sp?) and also gave Meredith high praises. I was having a little trouble understanding questions under "My Services" tab and had to call back and got to speak to her a second time. Again, more than patient and helpful. I'm sure I asked the same question twice if not three times; I'm 68 years old and I don't understand allot of how these things work so Meredith's help was greatly appreciated. SHE DESERVES A RAI$SE.
