Tonya was patient and articulate and spoke clearly and was easy to understand. This is a significant problem with offshore service contracting, though lots of folks speak fast and do not annunciate. With the degradation of signal quality that comes with mobile devices this is a big problem. Tonya was, is, great.

Thanks to all the customer service reps who have helped me in the last two days understand and get my information together so that my personal information is not being fraudulently used by someone hacking into it. A special thanks to "Wendy," for taking the time to answer my limitless questions and also for her kind and empathetic approach. You often issue multiple alerts for a transaction. I verify by checking each account including the checking account. Getting to the point where I am ignoring alerts assuming that they are duplicates which I have already checked out. I also receive alerts that are older than 6 months.

Spoke with Alicia today and reviewed with her why I am still not getting alerts in regard to my financials through my bank. We are not yet done but she was extremely helpful and is working through finding an answer for me.
