United States | 22 January 2016I have had Identity force for months and get alerts every now and again, which is awesome. But I can not get a response if I have questions. Sad.

United States | 17 January 2016You dont have any way on changing a mistake I made while typing in a family member. This is very important for tracking purposes. If I can't get this corrected I will have to terminate my service

United States | 16 January 2016I have tried a number of different ID security companies over the years. From the most popular, to those that people know very little about. IDF is my top choice after doing many hours of research, and giving other companies a try before hand to get a feel for what I require for an ID monitoring service. IDF has many of the same features as the more expensive services, yet is not so overpriced that it makes me question if the value that I am receiving is worth what I pay per month. Since IDF's costs are more reasonable than their competitors, you would think that the services that they provide would not be up to the same standards as others, that is not the case. I have gotten more personalized service from IDF than other companies, and their web portal is highly user friendly with easy navigation. My only complaint that I have is that IDF does not have a dedicated mobile app platform at this point. Granted, you can access all of the same information on the internet, but an easy to get to mobile app would be great. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend IDF for your ID protection needs and services.

United States | 10 January 2016This is a good platform , however, there should be the option to re-run credit reports monthly , isn't the idea to stay on top of your credit and all the factors that comprise it? Being able to do this loses a gap that now exists . I am contemplating changing to a service that does this, I believe there is at least 1 and will check it out. This company should do this ASAP in my opinion.

United States | 01 January 2016This was my first time logging on. The initial set up has taken about an hour. Everything worked fine except the credit score/credit report. The "wheel" has been turning continually for about 30 minutes with no result. I have given up and will try again another day. If it doesn't work again, I will try and contact you by phone. So all in all, a bit frustrating.

United States | 27 December 2015No consistency between the alert situation of equifax. Your website says my profile is not complete and directs me to activate the fraud alert function, but equifax says I already have fraud alert function. You're sending text message and email to notify about fraud alert, but there is no any explanation about it. Contact is not available during the weekend.

United States | 30 November 2015I have used LifeLock in the past and found it to be expensive without much in the category of "useful." I like your dashboard view very much and the fact that adding children to the account was at a marginal cost to me. I really like the "delete now" feature to remove my personal information from all of the creepy sites that collect that sort of thing. I'm just now starting but the feature set is impressive and I think it's worth the money already.

United States | 22 November 2015I received a Credit notice on a credit card that was paid in full and they said it was not paid. Raised the issue since I never got a statement. Card services requested it be corrected. May take 3 months. Without notice from Idenity Force I would not have known. Thanks!

Then try win me back as friendship but didn't work until Joseph came up idea use my personal idenidty to sell it for profit behind my back but how Joseph did it, we use to live together with his girlfriend. When I leave out house and return later day I noticed my things out of place. I went through my stuffs missing important papers and confronts Joseph and his girl jessy bout it. They point at each, argue and fighting. That how I remember that night. When I stop hang with Joseph people noticed that while Joseph try win me back. Since we haven't talk for while that when Joseph starting sell my personal idenidty on street at street church on 1110 Lovett street across Covenant House. Joseph got supporters help sell my personal idenidty to win me back as Friendships. So Joseph and others that used live in Covenant House or on street using and selling my personal Idenidty. United States | 05 November 2015I keep getting alerts and when I go look at them they do not tell me anything. It lists the account I am disputing but does not say if it was removed from my credit, staying on my credit or what is happening.. What am I to do with this information? Not a user friendly system.

United States | 28 October 2015While professional - the person on the phone was very non-emotional and hard to speak with about a fraudulent credit card purchase which WF pick-up on. My call was to see why IDF did not catch that and although he explained it - there was little emotion and that deep down feeling that taking my call was an inconvenience. I just want to let you know that your subscribers are not normally in a jovial mood when they call and what can help your service a little better - is a friendly voice on the other end. Thanks, Gordon UPDATE: Not many companies care about their company's opinions as much as IDF and for that I compliment them. Their manager read the first part and called and we clarified everything and IDF is still HIGHLY recommended by my company. There is always two ways to a conversation and I now declare I was the one that was sounding gruff.

United States | 27 October 2015I researched the major services to find the one I wanted to try. I picked IdentifyForce and signed up. I was requested to call the phone number to do some additional verification before I received full access. I thought it would be a hassle but was very impressed how courteous they were. I feel very comfortable that I chose the right company that takes security and privacy seriously. Wendy was fantastic. Keep up the great work. Always keep your excellent customer service. It will distinguish you from the rest. Regards,

United States | 20 October 2015OK, I haven't had to use the guarantee yet, but having just signed up I am pretty impressed with the completeness and ease of use. The ability to delete some online info from public databases is great. I had a problem opening the account because the site is very picky on its data entry rules, and they don't auto-tab, but a quick call to tech services figured out my fat-fingering. I hope I never have to use the service to its limit, but so far it looks good. I used to have Lifelock which I considered a waste because it didn't pick up two fraudulent uses of my credit cards.
