I have thoroughly enjoyed my Fly Out weekend with Robin Scovill. His depth and breadth of knowledge is phenomenal for a new investor, like myself. He is extremely thorough, patient, and open to discussion/clarifying questions. We left no leaf unturned – what we discussed in dialogue and captured in notes and the Property tracker, he later showed me in the Tool Box and via hard copy docs. I appreciated this approach, as learning by actually doing the steps first allowed me to learn in real-time with Robin present, thus eliminating the amount of errors for future deals. And, of course knowing the Tool Box is a great kit to use as those deals unfold creates even more security – Robin made sure we played around with a few tools, as well. As a life-long learner and “professional student”, this method of coaching and mentorship is right up my alley with immeasurable value to my real estate investor journey. While I’m still building my confidence and knowledge base, this Fly Out weekend was just what I needed to feel more secure in making offers towards eventual acquisitions. I look forward to continuing my work with Robin and others via coaching sessions and access to the TLWB hotline.

Having never heard about Tax Lien Wealth Builders, using their platform and their online courses and recordings of the Tax Lien & Tax Deed courses have really made it easier to comprehend, and also to get the information at my own pace. The Immersion was great, and I actually wish there was another one we could attend because the hands on examples and the team building with others who are going through it at the same time was amazing. Larry Lee our concierge has been helpful in his weekly calls with giving us homework to stay on task but also to help create a roadmap on how to navigate My Client Development website.
