I recently attended one of the virtual QuickStart training classes offered by Tax Lien Wealth Builders, coached by Eric Lloyd. This class focused on several methods of real estate acquisition, available financing options, as well as exit strategies. Eric covered several tools & websites available to gather needed knowledge & information. This particular class was offered in two three hour sessions. Eric conducted this class in such a manner that kept me engaged & interacting. I was happy to also be able to hear the questions & responses from my fellow class mates. I am still a beginner. There's an old saying: "you get out what you put in." My Fly-Out coach Robin Scovill put in 100% but what I got back was tenfold (10X). Not only did he convey technical knowledge of real estate investing, but he also conveyed the importance of building authentic relationships, especially working with lenders, investors, and realtors. From day one I have been happy with my experience with TLWB. I have learned and grown so much in a short time that I could not have imagined and could not have done alone. They virtually hold your hand to the degree that you need. You have the opportunity for in-person training also, while it is an extra investment (in yourself), it is well worth it. All the coaches are there for you regardless of who your in-person coach was. I am the sceptic’s sceptic and I recommend this program to anyone thinking of stepping into real estate investing.

I first went to the on site class and realized the whole thing was legit. I purchased the program and it has been very informative. I am still new to the tax lien program. When I say new, i’m talking about a few months. I was introduced to my concierge Steve a couple of weeks ago. Although we live in different parts of the country, if feels as though he is right next-door. When I submit questions or feel stuck on a matter, he responds by text, email or phone. Knowing the support is there when one stumbles, or falls is relief.
