Erin Mwamba is patient, precise and instructs in a friendly manner where you are comfortable asking questions. The instructor streamlines you in a way where the pieces fit together at the end of the sessions where the follow up topics only compound what you have learned. You do not feel rushed at all, and she will take at your pace and provides an excellent support system. With her assistance and coaching I was successfully able to purchase tax liens TDAs in Putnam County.

The emphasis on doing your "due diligence" and utilizing your resources from the coaches, concierges, and other support teams, the only way we won't succeed is because we're not following instructions and not putting in the work. The TLWB group I feel is a group that really cares about my and my families success. There's a lot more to say but I rather say it in person. Continue to keep up the good work. I feel like I'm in a "facility of higher learning"but, it's on a different level than traditional college/universities. Bless you all.

Steve from Tax Lien Concierge office is soooo helpful, and I think he genuinely wants to help. My third month in the program he reached out to me to introduce himself and to see how I was going in my new exploit. I honestly was struggling a bit due to personal reasons. I explained my situation and I told him what I wasn't comfortable with in the programm. Since then, he has continuously reached out to me at least once a week. I am now starting to feel more confident in making purchases because of his assistance.

Our flyout with Jeremy was outstanding! Jeremy is very patient, passionate with coaching and loads of fun while still being very professional. Jeremy shared so much valuable information that is going to be so helpful at making this business much more of a success. I loved so many aspects of the fly out teachings. It was so helpful to have Jeremy there to do a walk through on properties and share all of the details that we should be looking out for. Reverse engineering was also helpful because it was an easier way to get in contact with realtors in a quick amount of time. Learning the calculator was wonderful as well. It is going to save so much time. I also enjoyed Jeremy helping us understand better how to use some of the tools on Redfin and gmail. Jeremy explained everything in such great detail making learning so much easier to understand. I especially love the helpful analogies that Jeremy uses as one of his skillful teaching techniques. What I can say is, Jeremy goes above and beyond to make sure that we are understanding and grasping all that he is teaching. He always quizzed us on what we learned the day before at the start of each session, to be sure that we understood everything. Jeremy was happy to spend extra time with us, which we were so grateful for since there was so much information to cover.
