He is super knowledgeable not only on tax liens and deeds, but also in real estate. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from him. He always guides me in the right direction in which I can explore more so that I am not all over the place, which is easy to do with no previous experience especially with tax liens and deeds. My experience with the flyout program was great. The coaching session was not a lecture but an active learning experience. I was forced multiple times to get out of my comfort zone and become comfortable with being uncomfortable. After my first day I was able to build a realtor team and have several realtors send be properties to review. On my second day I was able to identify properties to fix and flip with confidence. Finally on the third day I was given the tools to find licensed contractors to complete the work.
