I can't fault the service of Vetsure and the compassion they have for you and your pets. I havent given it 5 stars as I fundamentally disagree with the surcharge imposed for an older pet, especially when the pet has been with them since puppy hood. Ageism is not appropriate especially as over time the regular insurance payment covers any expenditure in older years and the fact that the insurance payment is 150% higher as a result of age.

I can not recommend vetsure enough. They are absolutely fantastic I had a horrendous experience at one of there certified vets and they fully supported me transitioning to another practise. I have been insured with Vetsure for my 4yr old Husky since she was 12 weeks old. When she was 16wks old, she was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and it has reoccurred many times in her life and also left her with several other issues connected to her pancreatitis. Vetsure have covered the costs of the treatment, quickly and without question each and every time I have made a claim. I’ve never claimed on my insurance before but I found the process easy and stress free. I only had to pay my excess and the rest was settled directly with the vet.

During this pandemic by little dog got an aggressive tumour in her mouth. She needed emergency treatment. I contacted vetsure who had people at the end of there phone working from home. I received 5 start treatment. I got an answer to every question about my policy. They dealt direct with the vets and just took the stress away from me. I highly recommended vetsure to any animal owner.

Friendly and helpful whenever I've phoned including during Covid19. Turned round the paper work in just over a week and the money was in our account not long after. Great service. Our monthly payment did go up by £10 a month this year, our dog is 8 so I guess that's expected better to have insurance than not!

I have been with them for 6 years, they are easy to claim with, quick to settle any claim and the vet deals with them direct.

Everyone I have spoken to at vetsure are always really nice to speak to and always really happy to help. I have been with them for just over 7 years now and have never once had a problem. I have recommended them to everyone I know and I personally think they are the best pet insurance company around.

We had to take our cat to the emergency vets over the Easter weekend. Vetsure settled our claim very quickly and easily. I was a little surprised to see an amount of our claim had been deducted as the vet practice our cat was taken to wasn’t on their approved list of surgeries but in an emergency and out of hours we had little choice.
