After loads of insurance internet research our 2 year old Poodle Billy was covered by Vetsure from the start. In April he fell ill and had sadly died within a week. We claimed for the Vets bill and for death cover. They had paid everything into our account by the next week (during lockdown & over a weekend). No drama, good communication and a very good service. We got a new dog today and he is already covered by Vetsure. I recommend them, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

We are so pleased with the very professional and speedy way in which Vetsure look at, keep in touch and deal with every medical claim we have made ... not that there have been many.At a time when your pet is ill I’m sure we as pet parents feel there pain so this is helped by the above. From Barney starting being poorly to Vetsure paying out on our claim was just days and to be honest you can do without the extra worry of a claim, so well done Vetsure and keep up the good work. We would not go anywhere else to be honest!

I have been insured with Vetsure for about 6 years. Claims are hassle free and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with! Claiming is easy via eclaim, paid direct to the vet! I won’t insure with anyone else, can highly recommend!

The interaction with the call centre has been very good. everyone was helpful, polite and followed up on actions as they said they would. I would particularly like to mention Anika in this respect. The flow of the claim could have been easier, tehre was some back and forth to our vet, which wasn't properly communicated.
