Thanks to US Coachways for making our group travel experience a success! Everything - from the initial contact to in-trip customer service to the actual bus and driver services - was top notch. All drivers were prepared, on-time, courteous, and professional.

We booked US Coachways for a school field trip and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jose was our driver and he was simply amazing. Professional and constantly checked in with us to update our arrival times. We will definitely use them again for field trips in the future.

For starters I paid timely and upfront as required. Then this company did not followed any instructions and my student’s testing was canceled. This organization is not reliable. I spoke to Tony Tommasino who was very great externalizing their own issues. One of his comments to me was “the bus companies are always at fault” with complete sarcasm and out of touch. I still waiting on my refund and an apology. I am not even sure if they will be forcing me to take legal action as they have not refunded and have not communicated with me. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We rented US Coachways for our daughters wedding. The staff was excellent in helping us book 2 of their 50+ coaches. They were on time & the drivers for both coaches were engaging the passengers. Cant thank them enough! It was the start to a great celebration! I made 2 baskets of face masks for the passengers to wear. The coaches stayed on the premises just in case someone had to leave at anytime. They were excellent! Thank You

We hired US Coachways to drive a 7th-grade class 185 miles each direction on our class trip. The registration process was straightforward, and there was always a live person to answer every question I had. The bus driver arrived on time both ways. He was patient with our kids, friendly, courteous, and professional. Everything about the experience was reassuring and stress free. Thank you!

We were in a bind and needed to make a Charter Bus reservation with less than 24 hours until our event. US Coachways came through big and made sure we were all set and provided one of the best drivers, Andras M.. Definitely ask for Andras if in the VA area. The bus was clean and our group thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you!

The trip was great

We had four days Of charters this pat week Day 2 and 3 went great. Drivers did prompt on time pickups and extremely helpful to our elderly group of retired military. Day 1 and 4 were disasters. Our pickup for dinner at hotel was not on time and we waited an half hour before I called dispatch to get us a bus which came to our rescue with driver TJ. Since he didn’t have our itinerary and I didn’t know how to reach him We again were left waiting at restaurant from 9-9:45 with again help from dispatch. Day 4 came and I called dispatch at 6:30 am for name and phone number of our driver. They soon sent message that bus would be there at 9;30. No again. Tried for over an hour with dispatch to find where bus was. Help came again with TJ at 11 am who got the group to the restaurant by 11:30 for their first seating. He stayed nearby to return us Home. Needless to say this was an terrible experience for my senior group who were in Delaware for their final reunion after 20 years. The word reliable needs plenty of work. Everything that was planned came to fruition on May 4th. The trip was planned at least 45 days in advance. James was very helpful with the arrangements and the accommodations were as expected. The bus arrived on time the day of the trip and John Phillips, the bus driver, was extremely professional, courteous and went beyond to help wherever he could. If I could change anything, it would have been the weather. It could have been 20 degrees warmer, which was not your problem! Everyone enjoyed the bus trip and we had fun. This was definitely a 5 star adventure for all those who participated. Thank you for the experience. We will definitely utilize your company again. The service was great but the online booking and payment process was very confusing and lengthy. It took all day to pay for the coach. The online reservation only mentioned wire transfer as the form of payment so i had to contact the office to have them send a cc auth. Was unable to open the link in email so had to do it by cell phone. it would be much easier if payment could be made during the booking process without additional emails or links to worry about. Website is not very clear.

We set out to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with family and friends on a coach ride. It turned out to be a most memorable day! Not only did we enjoy the ride (no driving!) through some beautiful country with those we love most, but the bus driver was like one of us. He was friendly, helpful, and obviously very skilled and knowledgable. Our itinerary was a bit different, and the concept may have been a stretch for you, but your customer service team rose to the challenge. The day was PERFECT!!
