United States | 11 May 2021Where to begin. This was a reservation for a San Diego pickup going to LAX on 4/4, then a pickup at Philadelphia International to drop off at JFK. Then, the return was for a pickup at LAX on 5/4 to drop off in San Diego. Well, the entire reservation was a nightmare! The quote request process went smooth all the way until the quote turned into a reservation. I was charged 11% admin fee on top of the quoted rate for each leg of the trip supposedly for a "dedicated member to assist with any issues before and during the transfer." Good luck! The dedicated team is a toll free number that gets routed to a call center in the Philippines. Although the representative speak good English, explaining what I needed was a bit frustrating because the message was not getting through. I explained the reason of my call at least three times in different ways to see if I got the message across. When I finally got the message across, I was told I needed to send an e-mail to dispatch (something I did 2 days in a row without any response except the template auto-response saying that someone would get ahold of me. To make a long story short, no one got back to me. I explained that I sent message 2 days in a row and got no response, but I sent another message while on the phone with "dispatch" in the Philippines. The agent called the US to see if my last email got to them, and she confirmed that they received the now 3 emails I sent, and that someone was going to get back to me. I insisted that to get a resolution right then because the transfer was going to take place that same night. I finally got a response from the agent, but had more questions based on the response. The agent gave me an answer that did not make sense, and said that the passengers needed to call the same toll free number I struggled getting through once the arrived in Philadelphia. I told her that I was not going to have my client go through the frustration and struggles i had to go through to talk to someone in "dispatch" who gave me bad information and had to chase someone in the US for real answers. Then, on the LAX pickup, it was a mess. I got the confirmations from US Coachways about the pickup. All was correct. The day of the pickup, I get a call from my client saying that no driver had contacted them, and that they already cleared passport control. They were waiting at LAX. I called "dispatch" (the toll free number routed to the call center). I dialed 3 times and after being on hold, I got disconnected all three times. Instead of dialing the option for dispatch, I chose the option for customer service. I got a recording saying the had a high call volume and, after about ten minutes, i was given the option to dial 4 for dispatch. This time, it went through. A rep in the Philippines answered the phone. I explained the issue 2 or 3 times until I got the message through. To make a long story short, the agent got ahold of someone in the US and told me that the driver was on his way to LAX. HUH? The pickup was scheduled for 7:00 AM; it was 7:15 AM when I was on the phone with the agent telling me the driver was on his way to LAX, and that it was going to take him 10 to 15 minutes to get there? They had the lead person's cell number to contact and coordinate the pickup. However, no one contacted them; therefore, they called me to find out where the driver was. I insisted on getting the driver's cell number to pass along to my client. I sent a group message to the driver and my client as well. Unbelievable! So, THERE IS NO DEDICATED PERSON TO ASSIST YOU! You get charged a high admin fee (11% for the San Diego, 11% for the Philadelphia, and 11% for LAX) on top of the trip rate, and you get a toll free number that has no clue what is going on, and that has to chase someone in the US to actually get an answer (and chase them again if more questions arise) and, on top of that, you have to do the work (unless you want your client to get frustrated)! I want my money back!!!!!!

Bus driver (Steve) arrived on time, even earlier than requested time, and accommodated us well on the drive to our destination and back. The bus was clean, new, and had all the features we asked for. Would use US Coachway services again in the future!

Excellent communication, great follow up, easy changes when needed, and super accommodating team. Equipment newer and very comfortable for our guests. Have been organizing large events throughout N. America for years, and US Coachways will be my ground transportation company of choice for all my events in the future.
