US Coachways was recommended to me to move my group of 37 high school and college students from Miami International Airport to Marathon in the Florida Keys and back for a Marine Biology Adventure. I found the help from US Coachways very supportive and the buses were very clean and modern. We were able to make a few extra stops and the professional drivers were excellent.

US Coachways was great! We had three trips with them in eight days. Drivers ALWAYS arrived early and very helpful with loading luggage. All three drivers were polite & professionally dressed. Buses were always clean and ready for my group.I could not be happier!

I had a fantastic experience with this bus service and will definitely use them again. Our driver was patient and professional throughout the many trips we had. The bus felt like a limousine for multiple people. The air conditioning circulation was great, and it was the nicest bus anyone on my team ever rid in.

The Band Booster Organization for the school where I teach music is yet to receive a refund for a trip scheduled to Williamsburg, VA over a year ago. We have patiently waited as we understand the struggles that all of us have experienced due to Covid 19 cancellations and adjustments. The $4825 refund that we have been promised is huge to our growing band program in rural Virginia. We were first told that it would take 120-150 days and those dates have long passed. Please advise.

Great company for my Sports team

Rented a charter bus for my boyfriends 30th birthday. Price was right. They had the cheapest rate. At first I was a little skeptical with the pricing. They told me it would be a bus with leather seats. Bus arrived on time. Bus had leather seats. Very clean and spacious. My driver Danny was amazing. He was prompt and on time. Would definitely recommend US Coachways.

US Coachways handled our trip very professionally! From our booking agent, Michelle to our main driver Steve, they were excellent. I had no idea how to book a multi-day, multi-state trip for our competitive team, and Michelle walked me through the whole thing. We changed itineraries a couple times with no problem. Steve was flexible and got us everywhere we needed to be on or before time. I would highly recommend and will use them again next year.

Kieth bent over backwards to help our last minute. Our request was last minute request and I did not have all the details to provide at the initial time. As I received changes I emailed or called him immediately and he corrected everything. He was extremely helpful and just an extra note, I called other bus lines too and actually had one cheaper however it was because of Kieth's kindness and professionalism that I chose US Coachways.

US Coachways was wonderful to work with. We had a tight schedule and budget, and everyone involved, from our booking agent James to our driver were helpful and efficient and got us exactly what we needed!

Our school booked a field trip with this company last year and due to Covid19 it was cancelled. We were promised a refund and was told it would take 120-150 days to process. We have been trying to contact this company since July to get an update and they continue to give us the run around. Today the response was for us to freeze the funds and use at a later date. First of all, there are no funds to freeze as we have refunded the parents and secondly, the company promised a refund. Obviously their word means nothing. My advise would be DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. As of today, 03-01-21 we STILL have not received notification of a refund or the refund per your response!
