This was my first time chartering anything and I'm sure it was obvious to Coachways. Nevertheless, they patiently walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Everything went off like clockwork and everyone involved was kind, courteous, and professional. I don't know how it could have gone any better.

this is my second time working with your team, and for the second time in a row, it's been a five star experience: from the initial set up, to the rental of the bus to the trip planning and all the little details that i am sure i was the king nag. the bus drivers were excellent and so very accommodating drove us like we were family.

I booked and cancelled a charter well within the cancellation window and weeks in advance of the charter date. Only after cancellation did US Coachways inform me that they would not refund my $1,700 deposit for 120 days (4 months) which they had charged only days prior. This business practice is absolutely malicious. I've spoken to numerous people and they will not budge. No company needs 120 days to refund a charge. DO NOT USE US COACHWAYS. Update: No refund was ever issued after waiting 120 days. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to receive my money back. I find it interesting that US Coachways never responds to the negative reviews. It shows their lack of willingness to provide legitimate customer service.

US Coachways was very professional. The bus was great, clean and comfortable. Our driver was very kind and patient with our group. Not one problem working with this company, they were awesome!

The work and support provided by US Coachways was very critical to our travel and they made the trip efficient, affordable and were good at anticipation traffic issues and avoiding delays. Reliable and responsive.

Wonderful trip to DC. The bus was extremely clean and comfortable. We had plenty of toilet paper😂. Our driver was on time, friendly and professional. The ride was smooth and there was plenty of under-bus storage. Highly recommend.

USA Coachways was amazing! From Veronica with helping me booked my whole process and there for me every step of the way to Von are driver! We book a bus for a wedding to transfer us and are guest from the hotel to the venue and back. The two of them were amazing! The bus was clean and it was great! While we are all being impacted by Covid this year, we understand the many delays and issues that have to do with travel, but I have to say that the lack of communication is disappointing with US Coachways. Although we were forced to cancel our bus reservations, we were told that a portion would go to a future booking and the balance would be refunded within 120 days. At 120 days I sent an email asking about the status. After no response, I sent an additional followup 3 weeks later, only to get a response that due to Covid it was taking longer than usual. $500+ dollars may not be much to some people, but in these dire times, it’s a substantial amount, very much needed right now and I don’t feel that I should have to continually watch to see when the credit shows up on my card now. Finally received my refund!

Michelle answered when I called and she was extremely helpful. She took the time To get me the best deal possible. On the day, the buses were on time and the drivers were nice and accommodating. Definitely will use them again.

I had a large group travel from North Carolina to Texas and the entire experience was great! The bus was immaculate and looked almost brand new. The drivers were courteous and kind and were on time as well as provided comfortable and safe transport for my family. Horrible experience. I first booked on 11/4 and had to wait 7 days to receive an updated invoice since the first amount was sent incorrectly. With that much time, my fiancé and I decided we needed a larger bus as we were still figuring out our attendee list for our wedding. I sent over the updated numbers, and had to keep calling and emailing multiple times to finally get an answer. I still had not received an updated invoice until 11/17 when I told them that we booked with another more reliable and professional company. Now they are making me pay $100 for a cancellation fee for a trip that wasn’t even fully booked! Customer service is all around HORRIBLE, it’s hard to get a response from anyone and they are extremely unreliable. Now They’re threatening me with legal action. It’s COVID - money is tight enough as it is and everything is unknown. Completely unjust for USC to make me pay for a cancellation fee during a time of so much unknown. The ONLY vendor that hasn’t been flexible during our wedding planning process. DO NOT BOOK

We took a group of 25 17 children and 8 adults from the Midwest to Kennedy space center in Florida for a week. They made the scheduling and Itinerary generation easy and were always quickly reached and helpful when I called. The bus was great and the drivers were super helpful. They managed the 20+ hour long drive each way and were super flexible on our schedule while in Florida. I would highly recommend US Coachways for any large group travel, cost is very comparable or cheaper than Air travel and in our case the elimination of the need for rental cars was a major benefit for our groups time in Florida on the Space Coast

My trip on November 14 to the casino in AC had great service very clean bus the driver Michael was pleasant and professional with such courteous and was on time and departed on time. And for my sale rep. Michelle Garzon she is the best at what she do I have already book a trip for Feb. 6 2021 that how much I enjoy US Coachways

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an unsafe experience while transporting CHILDREN. Bus driver practically had whole bus hanging off an edge into a ditch while everyone was scared, and driver was visibly scared as well. No apologies were given ever. I have spent the past months trying to get ahold of someone from US Coachways to speak about this, and have not gotten a response ever. Have left multiple emails, and countless voicemails and phone calls. SO disappointed. Endanger children and then don’t even get back to us? I loved using this company before...
