The email and telephone correspondence from Michele was very professional and the service promised was of good quality and great value. Michael our bus driver was very professional in caring for our safety in getting on and off the bus; also in having the bus cleaned and sanitized before we got on the bus and while we were off the bus at the theater, the flea market and the restaurant in the town of Bird-in-the -Hand, PA. We would be using your services in the future when we visit the Sight and Sound Theater, restaurant, and shopping areas in Lancaster PA. I reserved two buses for an event in May 2020 but had to cancel the reservation due to COVID-19 outbreak/lockdown in March 2020. The company updated its "Worry Free Cancel Policy from US Coachways" policy after the lockdown so I requested a full refund of my partial charge. The rep said that I will have to wait 120-150 days for a full refund so I waited. It has now been 8 months (writing this in Nov 2020) since my request but I'm still waiting on my partial charge refund ($3326.84). The sales rep keeps saying they are experiencing "high volumes" of cancellations. This is such an unprofessional and a scam company when it comes to giving funds back to the customer.

We hired a mini coach bus for our daughter’s wedding on 10/17/2020, and we couldn’t have been happier. Gary, our driver, was punctual, courteous and pleasant. We used US Coachways to travel our high school football team to a playoff game. US Coachways was scheduled to be at our school at 1:15p, 15 minutes before our scheduled departure time. They instead showed up 45 minutes before our departure time, which was so comforting knowing they were there and ready to go. Our driver completely understood his role, to make sure our team had the best experience they could provide and to be on time or early for our arrival. Thank you to US Coachways for a great first experience, and we already have you booked for our next playoff trip!

One Hour Round-Trip We hired US Coachways to provide a 28 passenger mini-bus for a destination birthday dinner. While I wished we could have tracked the arrival of the bus to the departure point, as I became concerned when the arrival time came and went, the bus arrived about 5 or 6 minutes late, quickly loaded up and set on our way. Our driver, Louis, was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and an excellent driver. We will use this service for restaurant travel again in the future. Easy booking, accommodating and fairly priced.
