I just used US COACHWAYS last week for a family trip. The bus was amazing, the driver was amazing, The driver showed up on time, and was very respectful and polite, the bus was nice clean and beautiful. also the the agent that I had Tony tomasino was amazing. Tony always answered all of my calls and helped me with any and everything I needed, he also was very polite and understanding I can be a bit of a headache at times lol. When I book US COACHWAYS again I hope to get tony as my agent again. I recommend US COACHWAYS for your next bus trip.

Our trip started off on the wrong foot as the driver wasn't given the correct pick up address, but the service and experience after that was settled was amazing! It was so great that I gave 5 stars even with that error. Would definitely book again!

The bus was nowhere to be found at rival time. We tried calling the dispatcher but none of the numbers actually connected us to the company. After 45 minutes of searching we finally found the bus - which was pink and advertising something on the side and we had no conspicuous sign that it belonged to the coaching company. He had apparently been sitting there for an hour. We were not contacted by the driver or the company and the phone numbers that we were given were either wrong or didn't work. Once we got on the bus the driver was very nice and the bus was good and the trip went without a hitch. But I would never, ever, ever use this company again. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable.
