Our bus driver was early both times, which has never happened for us in our 5 years of coach rentals. The bus driver was so fun too! She made an effort to talk with the kids and made them laugh, a lot; they loved her. Also a great driver. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shutout :( Even upon scheduling our bus, we had to switch the date of our rental due to our Summer Camp being pushed back 2 weeks (due to COVID), and US Coachway worker Lenny Legotte made the switch extremely easily for us. He did it smoothly and quick and all it took was a simple email. So thank you Lenny Legotte Overall, this was the best experience we've ever had.

I have a charter booked for prom in June and due to cancellation of prom have to cancel charter . When I booked I was told that I had 14 days to cancel without any penalty . I am canceling more then 2 months before departure date . I should not be charged a cancellation fee which I was told I would not if cancelled before a certain time and the refund should be refunded back to credit card within 30-45 days like original policy was . They changed there policy in April but should not be for people that already signed and booked charters prior to that . They are saying 120-150 days to get refunded which is not correct and not what I was told when I booked back in January .

I booked a tour with this company and had to cancel the trip due to a family sickness months in advance. They agreed to keep 10% which I have no issues. The heartburn comes from the fact that it was 60 days ago and their policy states 30-45 days for the process to return. I am in the process of filing a complaint against the company through BBB and as many as I can!!!!

The customer service was top notch from start to finish. Even in the crazy time of dealing with coronavirus, I got immediate responses and was reassured of our trip moving forward as planned. They worked with us to figure out cost that was reasonable for college students, and were pleasant and responsive all along. The bus was a bit old, but otherwise, it was a great experience!

Genine was very attentive, accommodating and responsive to our needs. Due to the timing of our reservation, we needed to.make last changes to our reservation due to facility shut downs surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak. Genine and her team went above and beyond to make sure that every deal was in place, and our group was still able to have an amazing field trip. I know that we are all trying to figure out how to best operate in these unprecedented times, and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with a company who took that responsibility seriously, and professionally handled this tricky situation. I was unable to go on the trip to DC but from all accounts it went great. Everyone was pleased with the driver (I apologize, I do not know her name) and everything went smoothly. We will be definitely be in touch when we have another trip.

The experience was wonderful! The driver was friendly, respectful, and helpful. He knew where to go to get us there quickly. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I don't know how we can ever take a school bus again.

We had a goood trip.The bus came on time and the driver was accessible.

The buses were immaculate and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. We took 82 third grade students on a field trip with 15 chaperones. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the travel time. The restrooms were spotless. We are very pleased with our experience and will use US coach ways in the future!
