Original Review, 3/13/2020: In September, I used US Coachways to book a school trip from Ohio to Florida to take place in April 2020. In the wake of COVID-19, both locations issued state of emergency declarations and we were forced to cancel the charter as a result. When cancelling the trip, our representative first attempted to retain the full amount ($12,000+) as a credit for future travel. When I pushed back and cited our original contract, he changed the credit amount to 30% (about $3,700) to reflect the written language. US Coachway's Customer Bill of Rights, however, clearly states that any trip cancelled as a result of weather or state of emergency is subject to cancellation fees capped at $500. When I pointed this out, neither our rep nor his project manager wanted to acknowledge or fact-check whether this was correct. They suggested that I was misunderstanding their policies. "That's not part of the policy. It stops right above that part." Long story short, I received confirmation from management that the fee cap was valid and that they would only be retaining $500 (as a credit for future travel), but I was then told it would take 150 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND THE BALANCE. I understand that they are swamped at the moment, but the contract stipulates 45 days for returns. Five months is totally unacceptable! I will be incurring approximately $700 in interest charges on our card (which is required to book) due to this delay. Hoping they will do the right thing, but I will most likely be abandoning my credit just to avoid dealing with this company ever again! Update, 03/23/2020: Still have not been contacted by US Coachways to resolve this issue. When I used the chat function to check in, the representative did not provide requested information and left me on hold (so to speak) until the chat room closed for the day. Clearly getting the run-around.

The best Bus company out there! I want to let y'all know that I did a 60+ day tour with USCoachways, with a fleet of 3 buses and one sleeper coach. They helped us with our budget, worked with us on our timeline, and did our 15K mile trip SMOOTHLY, not a single problem happened. Dylan Rosenthal worked tirelessly with me and my trip to make sure we had everything ready to go. I would recommend this company every single time to do a trip and personally REACH OUT TO DYLAN!! He's the man and can make magic happen with your charter. To be able to handle our tour and how crazy it can get, it takes a massive team and trust, USCoachways absolutely has that. This was my first time chartering a bus for a group and I was pretty nervous about it. US Coachways communicated well, the bus was clean, comfortable, and in good shape, the driver was early, friendly, and got us where we needed to be.
