Highly Recommend. US Coachways was awesome to work with. Online booking was so easy and our coordinator even walked me through the online process. I was able to be in contact and receive prompt replies throughout the booking process and in between booking and the trip. Our driver was amazing. He was so accommodating, kind and understanding. He brought all our bags in and out of the hotel, stopped when we asked him to, and was available for local travel when we needed. I look forward to using this company in the future.

Booked a charter for a south FL day trip for my community group. The booking process went smoothly including my request to "cruise" around an art district. I received constant communications, and the day went without a hitch. The staff was always professional and courteous. My account manager gave me an all inclusive quote and that was what we paid. No hidden charges. The bus driver too was professional and accommodating, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend US Coachways to others, and I already have.

I was excited to use US Coachways to rent some shuttle buses for my wedding, but soon realized working with their booking service was a nightmare. After getting my quote I decided to proceed with booking, and after reading the fine print I thought I understood the terms well. Adjustments to the itinerary would be subject to a change fee, and cancellations subject to a fee as well. Of course, I thought this meant only AFTER the booking was confirmed, as the website states processing a reservation can take up to 72 hours. As I mentioned though, I was booking this shuttle for a wedding, so would need to have the bus make a few stops. You cannot put in multiple stops when getting a quote/ booking, but the website tells you there will be an opportunity to add those stops after you book. THIS IS A TRAP. In order to make those adjustments I was notified that I would be charged a $75 change fee upon confirmation, even though the booking was not yet confirmed and there was no way to add in those stops in the original booking. So 72 hours comes and goes, and I e-mail my representative after about 5 days. I am told the confirmation would come through not later than today....and yet 4 days later still no confirmation. I asked if I would be able to cancel the reservation without paying the cancellation fees as confirmation was taking so long, and the representative basically told me to chill out because my reservation wasn't until April so it wasn't urgent. Not sure if any of you have planned a destination wedding, but to me it is urgent. I am very eager to get everything sorted out, and thought it was very rude for him to disregard my concerns like that. After a few days of me not responding because I was mad about how rude he was in telling me not to worry about my reservation being confirmed in a timely manner, he e-mails me and says he got a manager to approve my cancellation without the fee. I responded that I was confused because last we spoke he told me the confirmation would go through that day, but as it turns out it was STILL pending. I told him if it was still pending then to go ahead and cancel. I look online today and both my reservations are cancelled, but he never responded back to confirm I would not have the charges, or to apologize for them not being able to confirm my reservation in a timely manner/ try to save face for the company. Definitely would not recommend booking with them. Rude support staff and hidden fees everywhere
