Event experience was great. Unfortunately they keep hounding me to rate them — even after I’ve done it. I told them to stop contacting me but they won’t. I will keep taking a star off for each time they ask me again...

I had planned an event for our company long distance, and inquired with US Coachway's for a quote. Michelle Garzone was extremely helpful, caring, answered a million questions and assured me that everything was going to go as planned - and it did! I did not have to follow up, all went so smooth!! In fact I have heard everyone had a great time on the two bus trips we planned and they really enjoyed the drivers. I will use this company again for our next event.

Our Driver was on Time, polite, and very professional! He even made sure that our ladies who needed help in and out of the bus could move about with ease. He provided us with a way to listen to music and for our boss to feel at easy on the trip. It was a wonderful day and a great way to kick off: Going to a new level of GREAT!!!

We (Seminole UniServ) called Fred at US Coachways on Wednesday 1/08/20 to book - at short notice - for a bus to take us to Tallahassee and back on January 13. The price was good, the driver was there on time. The driver, JJ, was courteous, friendly, accommodating, and a very safe driver. The experience was excellent and I will use US Coachways in the future and sign your praises to anyone I know who may need your services.

The team at US Coachways did a great job from booking to our return trip. The bus drivers were great - interacted with our group in a very positive way. Our teens loved the phone charges at every seat. Great experience for all of us at Marillac. Hope we get to do it again.

A very favorable experience indeed. The sales rep, Robert Sadigur was very helpful, professional, and supportive, despite my very late request during a very busy season. I have to leave one star out because I did not get a confirmation from the company with the driver's contact. That caused me to panic a little bit. I had to call the company a few hours before my trip and they were able to confirm that indeed my reservation was valid and that the driver was scheduled to pick us up. Other than that everything went perfect. The driver was polite, bus was clean and comfortable. Pick up time and drop off was done as scheduled. Overall it was a good experience and we plan to continue using US Coachways.
