They are not hesitant to assist in any change or request you need to make to your charter. They give you the best deal possible and treat everyone with respect. I am highly impressed with this companies organization and kindness! We will be using them again if we ever have need for another bus.

I deeply regretted that I chose us coachways. Think twice if you want to use their service. There are plenty of other choices in the US. 1. The online booking system has glitches. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. The itinerary I uploaded was changed by the system all the time. I sent the itinerary to the project manager, but he still couldn't get the itinerary corrected. For example, I uploaded the itinerary clearly noted that the pickup location is a hotel near JFK. The system kept showing JFK airport. I had to make phone calls and send tens of emails to make sure that they are aware of the mistake. 2. Customer service is terrible. When I complained about the problem of their system, I don't understand why the manager could still be proud of this system and insisted that they didn't make any mistakes. At the beginning, the quote sent by the manager was wrong. After we changed the itinerary, the company finally realized the problem and asked for a price raise. It's not we can't afford it. It's the attitude of this company makes me sick. If you made mistakes, just admit it and apologize. Instead, the manager just tried to make us feel that we're stupid. The invoice and receipt all showed that the quote the manager provided was wrong. *You really should change your attitude and take customers' complaints seriously. 3. They can't handle a wire transfer. This part is also incredibly annoying. For foreign visitors, they only accept payment through wire transfer. I understand they have the concern of fraudulence. After we provided the receipt from our bank that the payment was already sent out, from that point on, they should contact their bank, but instead, they just kept asking for money from us. It is 2019, and they still don't know how wire transfer works. Unbelievable. Think twice if you want to use their service. There are plenty of companies in the US providing chartered bus service. I should have read the negative reviews. I really regretted choosing this company.

United States | 09 December 2019Not a reliable company. I made the reservation for a coach bus that would be able to transport 52 of my employees to a holiday party with about one month in advance. I received confirmation and charged the full amount of the reservation ensuring that all of the information was correct for a 5:30 PM pick up. The day of the event, all of my employees were ready at the point of pick up by 5:00 PM in order to be picked up on time given that the event started at 7:00PM. At 5:00 PM I called the dispatch customer service number and they confirmed that the bus was on the way and on time. At 5:35 PM the bus had not yet arrived so I called the customer service line once more and they assured me that the bus was on the way and with an ETA of 10 minutes. At 5:55 PM I called again and was assured the bus would arrive promptly. My final call was at 6:20 PM given that the bus still hadn't arrived, where the agent on the line informed me that they were unsure of where the bus and the driver were or when they would be arriving. At this point I canceled with US Coachways and had to contract another means of transportation at short notice for more than 50 people given that the drive would be more than an hour additional to the hour wasted waiting for the US Coachways Service. I have called and left 4 voicemails and the only reply I received was via email, directing me to another customer service line. There has been more than a week since this incident occurred and I have yet to hear back from the sales representative in order to provide a refund or apologize for this extreme inconvenience. I had to go through my credit card company in order to receive the refund. I do not recommend this service, their support has been subpar and uninterested in resolving my inconvenience as a customer. I recommend you to go with another company.
