James was on time, very friendly, and a very careful driver. Indicated how long the ride would take and was parked nearby for ride home. Ride was comfortable and I felt very safe.

DO NOT USE US Coach Ways. They take your money unashamedly with no consideration or decency. My daughter booked for her school homecoming a party bus and was misinformed on the cost and service by the agent. After paying the full amount and cancelation insurance she realized the alarming high cost and tried to cancel 9 days before the date. US Coach ways took $1900 and only after 45 days refunded $950. How can a company in 2019 justify taking $950 9 days before the date for delivering nothing? We ended up booking the same size bus for $500 from another company. Total rip off, will runaway with your money for nothing!

The bus arrived on time, the bus driver was professional and pleasant and the bus was modern and clean. The entire experience from getting a quote to ensuring that we were pleased with the service (via feedback survey) was pleasant and professional.

The Bus Driver was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful, customer service focused, excellent and safe driver who accommodated all of our needs. I can't say enough good things about Sammie Johnson! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the reservation & confirmation process wasn't quite as smooth as I expected, however it wasn't that bad. Just some back and forth corrections were needed regarding the itinerary. Also, the bus wasn't in the best of shape in terms of appearance. It was painted a very dark grey that almost looked like primer rather than a professional paint job. There was no US Coachways branding on the interior nor exterior of the bus to identify it as a legitimate service provider. There were no seat belts on the bus, which I personally find disconcerting, and none of the power outlets on the right hand side of the bus worked, which made it inconvenient to charge mobile devices. The overall experience was GREAT (due mostly to the awesome driver), however the bus could use some TLC on the interior & exterior. Thank you for your service! I would use the service again.
