The charter was great for our employee teambuilding event. The bus took a group of 50 from Mira mesa down to the harbor cruise lines. The driver was efficient and courteous. We had a tight schedule and Coachways was able to get us there fast and safely.

Horrible customer service. I got a quote from them and gave them my credit card number to reserve it and then THREE WEEKS LATER they told me it was not available and offered other, much higher priced options to cover my transportation needs. I tried to call and e-mail them about this issue and they NEVER RESPONDED. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR E-MAILS AND THEIR QUOTES ARE AUTOMATED SCAMS.

I had a wonderful experience with Michelle, and US Coachways. She answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Michelle helped me through the booking process as well. It took a little longer than usual for them to secure a bus for me, but in the end the bus was nice and clean, and the driver was really nice and drove cautiously.

I have chosen to give only 3 stars due to customer service around bookings. The reservation and confirmation on booking went well but as we got closer to the week of using the service of US coachways , communication about finale changes in schedule, update on prices and so on was not satisfactory. I had to follow up several times on questions and phone calls were not returned. HOWEVER - communication with drivers, time management etc. during the week was great. Both drivers were on time - easy to communicate with and very help full with loading and unloading during the tour.

Great driver, Alan, was right there at the airport when we arrived and did an outstanding job for us the next 3 days he was with us, maneuvering in some tight spots at times. The bus itself was very comfortable and well equipped with outlets and wifi. Overall, great experience once again with US Coachways.

The entire staff of US Coachways was most cooperative and professional. They met the challenge to move nearly 400 students to 4 individual construction sites using 16 buses all within a three hour timeframe. Do not listen to the bad reviews about this bus company from the people who are complaining that the bus company refused to take them to a Trump rally. They didn't pay the company so they didn't get service. All conservatives say they want all Americans to pay their own way, pull themselves up by their own bootstraps. But then they get upset and want a free ride to their rally? Sorry - you have to pay just like everyone else!
