Driver was punctual and safe. Vehicle was clean and pleasant. We were able to change our schedule as needed because the driver stayed close to our event. We got the service of a limo while using a mini-bus to carry a larger group.

As a first time customer, I did not know what to expect, but I was very happily surprised with the level of service I received from US Coachways reservations, account, driving and dispatch staff. I've secured a lot of buses for our school over the years and I am so happy I finally gave US Coachways a try. The price is right, the service is professional and courteous, and the buses were in really nice condition. I would recommend using US Coachways for your charter bus needs, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The booking process went okay except I use internet explorer and I wasn't able to send the request through. I contacted c.s. and they told me I had to do it through google. I was frustrating having to redo everything. Other than that Derik was great when I had to call with a question and the bus was early and the driver Omar did an excellent job.

Booking process was very easy, great communication before any fees were charged. Bobby was my manager and was happy to answer any and all questions I had. Great communication, even received a text the morning of our trip that the charter was on time. That was very reassuring. Our driver, Jim was also very courteous, professional, and knowledgable! we hired a US Coachways bus for a trip with senior volunteers - he departed from Staten Island to go to Long Island. The Bus showed up on time, was clean and the drive was friendly and professional. Our need that day was for an ADA approved bus, the lift for the wheel chair was great, all had a wonderful time and all were relaxed on the trip! Thank you

I had a very complicated, 2-day, 5-trip itinerary for a corporate event. Ruwani worked with me to book exactly what I needed, and made any corrections that came up quickly and efficiently. Today is the first day of my event and so far everything has gone perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Easy, easy from start to finish. Very professional staff, great written communication, Darren was very helpful in setting up the bus. Lori, our driver was a great driver and very accommodating with all our needs, as we had many physically impaired people on our bus. I would highly recommend and definitely use again for any of our events.

I had a 0-star experience and will not be using this company again. I received a call at 230 that by bus scheduled for 3pm would be 30 mins late. When trying to connect with the dispatcher, I was told the bus was first in queens, then jersey city. I had a midtown Manhattan pick up. When the bus arrived it was old and disgusting. I had 15 VIP guests that I would've never subjected to such conditions if I had known. Thus bus ended up being an hour late and ruining the surprise party that this was for. I contacted both the representative and customer service and have not heard back re the highly unsatisfactory conditions, lateness, and being charged full price for time all my guests stood on a Manhattan corner waiting. I was extremely embarrassed and the party was ruined. There has been no means to rectify at this point and I nor anyone I know will ever be using this service again.
