Great prices and great quality behind their non-oem (generic) cartridges. I like the fact that they are ISO 9001 certified which gives me a little more assurance when purchasing generics. So far I have not had a single problem with them. On a side note, I liked it when Quickship used to be actually quick, meaning, I would get my shipments the next day or two. Now they seem to take 3 or 4 days. Not as quick as before. But nevertheless, as long as their toners are trouble-free and low priced, I will continue to buy them.

I'm not happy that I won't be able to tell when it is really going to run out of ink. The quality of the ink seems good. It doesn't smudge. I have only used this one cartridge from you, and I've only used it about a week and a half.

I ordered the cartridge for my printer and the service was great, no problems and fast delivery

The order shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The SKU was different from what I ordered, but it did work. My objection was, the cost of the shipping was about 3X the cost of the toner.

All went well with shipping and installing but the print is about half darkness as it should and it seems no way to correct. So all printing is now in Bold. Will live with it.

The toner cartridge is about 2/3's less in cost than in other stores....

They are NOT fast about shipping. Plan way ahead to get your package. They will tell you it will be there is 2 days but every time I have ordered from them I have gotten that message and then the day I was expecting the package I receive another message saying the package has been delayed. It is just a game they seem to play.

Items arrived in good shape and perform adequately. Only issue is that printer does not recognize replacement when it is not original manufacturer's product, and keeps telling me to replace the drum
