Quikship Toner advertises the products as Brother cartridges. Only after receiving them do they appear as remanufactured. When I contacted the company I received an email stating: "The products you ordered are actually listed as NON-OEM products. Unless specifically marked with "OEM", we do not sell any OEM toner. All products listed on this site are sold as compatible or re-manufactured. Our compatible products are manufactured under ISO 9001 certifications, to meet or exceed the quality of OEM toner." I did use the cartridges but the "high yield" cartridges were far from it. I will never ever purchase from this company and believe that authentic Brother cartridges are the way to go.

I have placed three orders with this company. Although their products are generic refills, they have operated OK in my printers and the price was great. The problem is that the company could not seem to manage deliveries. I ordered via an urgent shipping status a year ago, and the shipment got sent all over the country. It never did arrive in time for use. We had to go order from Staples, and we ended up having to pay both Staples and Quikship. When Quikship's order finally did come, it arrived a month later at an empty house in Colorado. We were long done with the project and gone. I had to call a neighbor to get the shipment taken in off the porch. Quikship uses Google to manage their shipping. The customer won't know that Google is an intermediary until a problem occurs. I found that the Google folks involved in this shipment were even carrying my old Idaho address where I've not lived in years. Neither the Idaho nor the Colorado address is in my customer account at Quikshiptoner. -------------- As a sequel, I had yet another misdelivery in 2010, but when I finally did reach Quikshiptoner by phone, they acknowledged their error and arranged for pickup of the misdelivery in Colorado while I reordered again to my CA. Address. They got it right this time, and a short time later credited me for a refund on the misdelivery in Colorado. I was impressed by both their attention and their thorough, prompt, courteous service. Their toner and drums work well in my printers and seem to last through many pages. I'll continue to use them as my supplier. I would suggest making phone orders and avoiding Google involvement in shipping where possible.

I ordered 4 (four) laser color toner cartridges for my Brother MFC-9840CDW. I had no idea that they were sending me remanufactured merchandise. The website said that I was ordering Brother products. I did not install them until my printer was completely out of toner. Unfortunately I did not realize that their warranty lapsed BEFORE I even put in the cartridges. Yellow and now red ink is splattering all over my documents. The company refuses to do anything. Oh, I take it back...they offered me a discount on my next purchase! I HOPE IT DID NOT RUIN MY PRINTER!!!! QUICKSHIP would prefer to lose a good paying customer instead of standing behind their product. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!! Now I have to go buy real Brother products and get that garbage out of my printer.

I purchased a set of 4 cartridges for a Samsung color laser printer. The prices were about 15% lower than I was seeing at other stores. What I didn't realize was that it's all reman stuff. I would never have bought a reman cartridge at only a 15% discount from the real thing. I just wouldn't take the risk. When I went back to the website it does say it's reman, but it's certainly not clear as someone else here posted. I really needed the blue one and it's worked fine, but when I needed the black one (5 months later), it almost immediately started leaving horizontal stripes. I went to return it but it's been over 6 months since purchase (but only a few weeks in my printer which can be verified by the configuration sheet on the printer). The tech support is ridiculous. RMA refused and absolutely no one with any balls willing to talk to you about your concerns. The CSR I originally talked to finally called back a couple days later, but the standard answers are there's no way to override the warranty, no supervisors on staff to talk to!?!, 6 months and you are SOL. Funnily enough I actually made an email support query the day after the warranty ran out, but never received an email or call back. Now, I have two more color cartridges sealed that I have (by my experience) a 50% chance of them working. It's not worth it to me to deal with them anymore, but I wanted to share my experience and hopefully it may help someone else from making the same mistake. EDIT: Since the helpful manufacturers rep is basically denying I was an actual customer, I'll post this to help him out. Order #30161 Shipped 7/21/2009 Support Ticket 138804 RMA (denied) - RMA:92268657114 I am an actual customer that bought your actual product that actually didn't work. If you want to make it right, send me a black cartridge at no charge since I had to throw the original away. I think the yellow was sketchy but this was 4 years ago so really don't remember. I was happy to see that the website notifications that none of this is OEM is much more prominent so kudos for that at least and hopefully people are having better experience now.

I ordered "BrotherMFC-9840CDW" toner and Epson ink which I thought were original for personal/business use from Quik Ship company and instead I received several hundred dollars worth of remanufactured brother ink which I never would have ordered because I do not believe that the remanufactured products are as good as the originals. The Epson ink that I received was original, but the Brother ink, despite being displayed with a prominent Brother logo and not indicating anywhere on my order that this was remanufactured ink. When I called the company they said that I could return it, but for a 25% restocking fee which they pointed out is written in small letters on the website. I strongly believe that your use of the label and name Brother without specifically stating that it is Brother compatible or remanufactured is at best deceitful and at worst fraud. Customer Service was nasty and who has ever heard of 25% restocking fee when you got the wrong item---I was under the impression that I was getting actual Brother ink. I did not receive the merchandise that I, in good faith, ordered. Quikship fraudulently uses the Brother name on both their website and on your receipt. Neither of these places says remanufactured or compatible. I would never order from this company again. I have filed a complaint with my credit card and called the Attorney General's office.

My office is less than 30 miles from Costa Mesa which is why I ordered from them. Unfortunately, by 5pm the next day it had not even been picked up by Fedex yet. It was needed asap. I contacted their customer support and all they did was keep repeating the same thing over and over again. All I was trying to do was track the order that I paid for and they just kept telling me it shipped even though Fedex said they had not picked it up. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If this is how they treat their business customers I will be taking my company's business elsewhere.
