United States | 04 January 2024I've been ordering from this company for a few years, and have always received excellent service. Products arrived on time and were good quality. However, something is "way off". I've been attempting throughout December, 2023, to place an order. No one picks up the phone even when called at different hours on multiple days, and when leaving a message the call is never returned. I've also sent emails with no response. I'm wondering if this company is going out of business or lost its employees. It's January, and I will now be ordering from one of their competitors.

United States | 06 December 2023I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.

United States | 12 November 2023I ordered black toner. It took almost two weeks to receive my order. It was wrong. They sent me cyan. I called and they apologized and verified that they showed I ordered black and said they would send the black. Two weeks later, another cyan showed up. I called again, went through the same procedure of verifying black. Almost two weeks later, for the third time, I received cyan instead of black. I disputed the charge with my Citi credit card. They said they would check into it. I just found out that Citi is siding with Quikship and is not going to refund my money. Now I have to follow up disputing with Citibank and also Quickship. I would never order from this company again.

United States | 02 September 2023BUYER BEWARE! They will charge your account but never send out any confirmation of the order. CHAT rarely works, no one answers the phone. After a month, they said that the item was backordered and would be shipped out soon. After nearly three months, I have no item, no further contact, and no refund. Still waiting and my bank is also attempting to obtain a refund. All for a $15 item that showed in stock and ready to ship.

United States | 09 August 2023I have been customer since 2010 and never had issues, but my last 3 orders have been delayed and this last one has been delayed for 3 months, so I had no choice but to cancel order. The first time delayed, I understood, because we have been customers for years, the second order we thought, lets give it another chance, but 3 months is way to long for an order to be pending and on top of that it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone to inquire about the order. Sent about 7 status request and made numerous calls and only had 2 calls returned. First call return was about 1 1/2 months after placing order and was told that one toner was backlogged and that they would split order and send me what they had and that I would receive the backlogged toner at a later time. But I never received anything. On the second call return was today, I was told the same thing and I requested a refund and cancelled my order. Don't know what is going on with the company, but we will no longer be ordering from them 3 months is way to long to wait.

United States | 22 April 2023I was in dire need of toner for my company and I ordered it from QuickShip Toner. Prior to ordering the product I noticed that my address was wrong (still set to my old address on the other side of the US). I changed it. The site accepted the changes and my product never arrive. It went to my former home. 3 days before a very big event and I had no toner to print my flyers for the company. I called to find out what happened. They told me where it went and I argued the fact that my address was corrected before I made the order. They said they would ship me another and have it sent to my hotel at the event. It made it the day after the event. I was on the road back home. Its been a few weeks and I still haven't received my order. They need to change their name to SlowWrongShip Toner. Never again will I rely on them. I recommend you don't either.

Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. 3 calls in - no resolution - no projected date of resolution.

United States | 06 January 2023Do not order from this company. My credit card was charged nearly three weeks ago and I still haven't received the product (or even shipping/tracking information). Customer Service keeps telling me the order is being processed by another warehouse but they never provide any updates. I finally told them to cancel and issue a refund but the order is still "processing" and no refund has been received. Terrible service. This 1-star rating really needs to be 0.

United States | 11 March 2021This company is horrible. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I have a very old printer. It's a great printer, but hard to find the toner cartridges. I ordered from this company on a Tuesday because their site said it would be delivered on Friday. I received a confirmation email stating expected delivery Friday. Today is Thursday and I never received a shipping confirmation. I called to make sure it shipped and was told it was on backorder and would be longer. What is so hard about picking up a phone or sending an email to tell me that??? I would have ordered from a different company had I known they didn't even have my product!! My husband works from home and will now be without a printer even longer thanks to this company.

United States | 19 January 2021Quick Ship Toner sent me two toner cartridges. One lasted for 20% of its expected life and when installing the second cartridge it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer when my professional copy service technician installed it. Quick ship says too bad and refused to address the issue. I disputed the original charge to my credit card and was denied credit because Quick Ship says technically it is out of the warranty period by a few days. This outfit couldn't care less about its customers and is unwilling to stand behind its products. If you buy from Quick Ship Toner you are on your own with no recourse if you receive defective product.

United States | 22 December 2020Tried to get a tax exempt account set up for my 501 c 3 organization and was asked to send the tax exempt paperwork which I did then they wanted the W9 form which was sent, then nothing happened so I kept calling them but got no answers except that they needed the paperwork. When I told them I had already sent it they said they would check as they had not heard of the name(s) of the folks I had already spoken to. Then eventually somebody named Albert said it was all sorted out and I could now go ahead and order the toner supplies online but when I did it kept wanting to charge me the tax. So I called again and got somebody new and we started the whole circus again. They again told me the account was tax exempt but their computer system did not recognize it. After two weeks I gave up and ordered my supplies from Amazon. QuikShip's customer service sucks.

United States | 17 December 2020DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered product per their website. They sent me something else. They insisted it was the same "type" of product, even though the cartridge was configured differently than the one I ordered. It took me 20 minutes with a smarmy representative who would not let me talk to a manager to convince them to refund my money. But they would not pay for the postage to send it back. After a month, when I didn't get my refund, I challenged the charge through my Visa card and they got me reimbursed. Then I went to Amazon and found exactly what I had ordered -- at way less money. Do not buy from this company!

United States | 15 December 2020This is my first and last time using QuickShip Toner. I placed two orders totaling 9 toner cartridges. I was notified that my orders were shipped but when they arrived only 7 of the 9 were there and the 7 toner cartridges came from 3 different locations with three different packing slips. When I called them I got a bit of a run around and then they told me that it looks like UPS canceled one of the orders which makes no since because how can a shipping company decide to cancel my order so I knew right away that this guy had no idea what he was talking about and just made up a lame excuse. He said he would look into it and call me back in a couple of days. Of course I never got that call. A week later I called again and was told again that the order was canceled for some reason that they could not explain and that they would track down the items and re-ship them. Another week later I call back again and I am told that the order was canceled because they are out of stock.... I said so when will you have it and he said if you need it now you best order from somewhere else. To which I replied, "I think I will be ordering everything from somewhere else from now on!!" Their prices are good but their service is terrible. I will just keep using The Toner Store like I have in the past. Their prices are competitive and their services is way better and they have always delivered.
