United States | 08 December 2015I've been told 4 times over the last month that a fuser for my printer was being replaced. Each time the customer service rep promises to get it done and each time nothing happens. The rep I ask for from the previous attempt isn't available to back up what they promised. UPDATE: It's now 6 times I've been assured the replacement fuser would be shipped. Still, they are not able to provide any shipping information or tracking numbers. Their people continue to apologize, but indicate they're overwhelmed. Their supervisors are not available.

United States | 01 December 2015I needed a drum in a rush. Placed an order with "Quikship". I was guaranteed/ sent a confirmation that I would indeed have delivery next day. Called to check on tracking after delivery had come and gone. Spoke with a Sophia, who then told me that she needed to check on tracking and would call me back with a tracking number. No one ever called me back.... The following day the drum arrived after no contact with "Quikship"... Unbeknownst to me the drum was actually a beat up/scratched refurbished replacement drum that was not even the same part number that I had ordered. Called "Quikship" I had to then place another order for a replacement that I was again guaranteed next day delivery. Next day still did not receive my replacement. Called to speak with a supervisor and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes along with being treated unprofessionally by the so called supervisor "Renee". I explained my situation and then again was told I would be called back. Never got a call back from Renee, I had to then call back and received the news that my replacement order was not even processed and was set to ship ground when I was told it would go overnight. I cancelled the order and am still waiting on refunds..... Would not suggest nor recommend using Quikship. Even calling "Quikship" the recorded gentleman in the voice prompter sounds like he is at a college frat party and laughing during the recording. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Terrible experience, I would rate 1 star....

United States | 29 September 2015I used to order, but I've had several remanufactured cartridges that are printing poorly. No way that is ISO 9000 quality standard. When customer service was contacted, they wouldn't replace the cartridge. I stock up, and when I needed to use the cartridge it was out of the 6-month replacement period (which I hadn't noticed). Switched to another vendor which is truly 100% satisfaction gauranteed.

United States | 13 August 2015The price on the two toner drums was amazing, too good to be true...and so it was. They fit in my printer but the machine stops a lot and fails to recognize them. I am constantly getting a popup warning saying replace drum. Sometimes it won't print at all.

United States | 06 August 2015I purchased four toner cartridges from QuikShip Toner. One of the toner exploded in our device resulting in substantial costs in printer repairs. I emailed their customer service department, asking that they remedy the situation, and hoping they could potentially compensate for the damages. They denied my request for compensation, but they did offer a replacement toner for the one that exploded. I decided to give them a second chance, and asked to get the replacement process started, but they ignored my email just long enough for the product to be "out of warranty," and cited that as the reason why they could no longer replace the Toner. I've tried multiple avenues to get the company to do something to remedy the situation. The people I have communicated with always immediately go to ask their supervisor (indicating that they understand the company's wrong doing), but after that I always get the same answer: "quikship toner won't replace toner past it's warranty guaranty." In the end, trying to save some money on Toner resulted in a horrible customer service experience. The company makes sketchy products, and has strict policies with their customer service department to ensure that they never have to face responsibility for the malfunction of their product, or the damage they might cause. UDPATE TO RESPOND TO QUIKSHIP'S RESPONSE: The order number is 400007. I have already contacted customer support by phone, and did not receive acceptable help there.

Fast and economical delivery because of a local warehouse (as seen on their website). The toner cartridge has been installed for 6 weeks and performed as expected. Will definitely purchase from QuickShip Toner again.

They shipped from the other side of the country and I had to wait a week to get my product. It was not worth the wait. For just a few more dollars I could have received it quickly from a number of other vendors.

What I experienced was an immediate response to my order, an email with invoice and the product being delivered within a day of my order. The best surprise was when they gave me a discounted price compared to what was quoted on the WEB. Way to go! I will keep them on my yest list!
