I ordered what I thought was the correct toner for my copier only to find out that is wasn't. I called within a couple hours to get the ordered cancelled and they failed to do that in time to stop the shipment. I was then given the choice to either get a store credit for the full amount minus the shipping and handling or a refund with a 25% restocking fee. I thought to myself "I'll just get the store credit and order the correct toner." Only to find out that the correct genuine toner was 30% higher than on other websites and they would not price match. So I had to settle on compatible. Lesson learned. Will NOT purchase from QuikShip Toner again! After QuikShip's response to this post: My issue was never with your shopping methods, it was your return policy as it states on my review. And in reply I get a snarky "Yes. We shipped too fast." Why even have a review website if you don't take the ones critical of your company seriously? Terrible way to do business.
